And I got a letter that we were dropped because they didn't receive it, dated the next business day. Clearly they forgot to ask me for it and by the time I sent it, it was too late. they just said that I would get another letter to reestablish me. But they ever followed up, they couldn't give me a timeframe, and then they stopped Responding to calls or emails regarding the matter. very unprofessional and I'm suprised and disappointed.
