Called fiesta this year in February to see what was going on and if I could get any help with the matter, the woman I spoke to let me know that they were not submitted and she just submitted them for me so getting off the phone I thanked her and went about my day. A couple weeks later I received a letter from the IRS regarding all the late fees I owed for them not being submitted when I filed them. I went back into the location and the girl let me know where was no manager on duty she took down my information and said she would have him get back to me. I have now been given the run around for a phone call back from a supervisor for two months now, some of the employees who I had spoken to letting me know the regional manager already stated I would be getting a return for the services that were provided(or lack there of). Today I spoke with Veronica after being on hold for about 20 minutes because I was not going to trust another we will have them call you back situation, she looked into my file stated her notes say they were submitted originally and rejected because they had to retrieve more information from me regarding taxes, then that they were submitted on the date I called the first time. I let her know there is absolutely no way of that being the case because I had to call to get any sort of update and have them actually submitted which the girl told me they were never submitted in the first place I received no notification from the IRS or fiesta that I needed to provide additional information and I also had been trying to contact the guy who did my taxes to see if he could check on the status for me because the IRS website was telling me I never filed. Veronica then notified me the only thing she would be able to do for me is do my taxes for free this tax season which I politely declined, I am not able to receive any sort of refund for the services provided nor the late and penalty fees I'm having to deal with now. Ridiculously unprofessional and will never be recommending or going there again. Guy who did my taxes was named Diego! Currently this situation is being handled they called on Friday stating they would refund me for service provided, interest, and late penalty fees from the IRS. 3/31/25 Update they did end up issuing a refund for services provided and late/ penalty fees + interest.

He said that he can find us a perfect medical insurance plan to fit our needs and I left it in his hands. At the end of the day I was initally I was paying approximately $475 a month and as a few years past premiums started to increase up to $530 a month. As I already expressed to him previously it was already expensive and explained to his office staff. I finally realized after contacting someone else concerning Medical insurance, I explained to this new company what I am being charged for several years they immediately said my god your paying way too much why didn't you find a cheaper insurance plan with the same if not more benefits. After speaking to this new agent he told me that my nee medical insurance is dropping down to $280 for the Platinum plan [which is literally the best insurance plan they offer] this basically means that I'm going to pay $240 or nearly half what I was paying with even better medical insurance. When I brought this to the attention of Mr. Beans office the only thing he resorted to was that I declined numerous offers to review my medical insurance every year which is completely false and untrue. Then resorted to childish remarks such as we "can't read your mind!" and it was my responsibility to contact them. Which he spoke a bit too soon because I had contacted his office numerious times but everyone within the office, on more than several occasions throughout the years never looked into it they kept telling me that I had been given the best rate and premiums. So here is the best advice that I can give you do not go with this agent all he would do is lie to you and tell you what you want to hear and when you finally realize that he is lying to you he's going to resort to childish games and blame everything on you! When in a customer service field it is a business to customer relationship that need to be addressed. This is where the business owner or agent in this case contacts their client and reaches out more than once a year with some computer generated email that is sent to everyone in his contacts and waits to see who replys. What's sad is that I can guarantee you that he will attempt to reply to this by stating " our office does not does not create the premiums it is through Covered California and all we do is put in the information you give us." This is 100% bogus especially given the fact that everyone's life is different and life is ever-changing which is why you need an agent that cares enough to reach out to you and not just send you a group message and wait for your reply! Bottom line people use someone else just I don't care about you he just cares about making his percentage off of your hard-earned money!
