Stay away from all locations on Tropicana . Mr Camacho on trop and mnt vista is a scam . He lied to me as well and told me I had to renew a policy which would've cost me close to $800 when all I needed was to renew my old policy that's when I had enough and went back to this location on Charleston and again they were very helpful renewed my old policy and only cost me $100. I have spoken to a manager who has said that there's nothing they could do about it and at this point being insured through freeway auto insurance destroys lives, and the only thing they are going to say even the managers is sorry and we understand, but you have to pay for our mistakes. They have made countless errors month after month in the Las Vegas area and they make customers pay for their mistakes. That is the way of freeway auto insurance.

So we have been Farmers Insurance clients for maybe a dozen years. We went with Farmers because…read moreour good friend became an agent and we left State Farm to follow him and give him our business. Our friend though recently closed his office and we were farmed out to Todd Faerber's office of Farmer's Insurance, a random stranger to us. A stranger with a Farmers office, but a stranger nonetheless. My first thought was that this new office/agent is like a million miles away on the East side ways away from where we live in Summerlin. I don't have any allegiance to this agent who is a million miles away. But also with that, having filed very few claims in our life, we are low maintenance clients and so maybe this office will be fine or I will figure out where to move our business too closer to us at a later date. WOW! In a very short period of time and also only really over the phone, for I have never actually been to their office or met them face-to-face, this Farmers office and their staff are awesome. Unexpectedly dealing with a tow of a car in one moment and then a giant windshield crack and replacement of a windshield a few weeks later, this office exceeded my expectations in assistance and guidance to solve my problems. So horribly efficient, friendly and knowledgable with all pieces of our policies, Ernesto in particular was excellent. I mean like rock star level excellent. Explaining matters and answering all my questions, big and small. Quick and easy communication of pictures and documents over text and email as well. Respectful and grateful for my business, I have felt like a valued customer at every step. I often say that hospitality and customer service can be the sole "make it or break it" moment to my Yelping life as my husband and I eat at restaurants, stroll through airports, visit pet shops, sleep in hotels and park in parking garages. Todd Faerber's Farmers Insurance office hits it out of the park in customer service and I do not plan on moving our business and our policies anywhere...despite being located a million miles away from where we live.
