Both my insurance companies (Infinity Auto/Geico MC) collected a pretty penny from me for the premiums they charged for two cars with full coverage and liability for my bike. Long story short Nick Ghukasyan was able to cut my premium in half what I was paying a month with infinity auto ($316.00 mo to $175.00 mo) and totally killed what I had already paid up front for my bike insurance ($1032.00 a yr to $with Geico. He even stayed on the phone all the way thru to call each insurance company so I could get my money back on those premiums. I was shocked to find out about my insurance companies adding points to my driving record in there systems to charge me HIGHER PREMIUMS!!! I had 9 (Infinity Auto) and 10 points (Geico). I actually have a total of 5 points due to one of my speeding tickets was exceeding 100 mph which was 2 points itself. I know trust me I'll never do that again, SonomaRaceway for when I feel compelled to do a 140+! My recommendation if you have a few speeding tickets and want a fair rate check with RoadGuard nice name as they do guard you from being swindled by big name insurance companies. I actually saved a TON switching from Geico and Infinity and these days saving even an extra few dollars helps! I will definitely start a petition that will force insurance companies to use the exact same points as it appears on your DRIVING RECORD! I am completely shocked that Bristol West would charge such an absurd cancellation fee without giving me any prior notice. Their insurance was far too expensive to begin with, and the way they handle cancellations is borderline predatory. Beware of this company! Involved in an accident filed a claim. The initial inspection was completed. The body shop called…read moreon 7/13/21 asking for a Supplemental Inspection because the estimate from the initial inspection would not cover the damages to my car. The Bodyshop sent an email to the adjuster and the inspector on 6/14/21 with pictures asking for a supplemental inspection. We received no response so we sent another email and called on 6/16/21. We were told over the phone that they need an inspector to come out and photos would not suffice due to the extent of damage. They would let us know when the adjuster would come out. We didn't hear from them so on 6/19/21 we sent another email and called. Every few days we'd call/email. Yesterday I spoke to the adjuster handling my claim and he said they had no inspectors available. According to him, He had put in the request but he's "not sure what happened with the request." My we put in the request for a supplemental inspection 4-5 days after I got a rental vehicle. For 25 days we've been calling the adjuster and general customer service because we kept getting the run around. 30 days had elapsed on my rental and I was told they would not cover the rental because the contract states that they would only cover a rental for 30 days, and as "an atty. I should know that." I replied yes, but a contract requires you to uphold your end of the duties and responsibilities-part of which is to inspect the car so parts and labor can be approved in order to repair my car. Also, the purpose of the rental is to allow me to have a car while my car is being repaired. We gave liberty mutual more than a reasonable amount of time to come and inspect the car and should the repairs have taken longer due to factors outside of their control I would understand that I would be on the hook for the rental. The fact it has been 25 days we've been calling and emailing while my car sits at the lot is extremely frustrating and improper. We still cannot get anyone to tell us that an inspector has been scheduled and the rental is being charged to me as of now. Btw there is no dispute as to liability or coverage. They just aren't responsive! My Safeco/Liberty Mutual claim number is 045764191.
