He told me he would call me back within five minutes with a quote from Mercury and provide another quote later that day. Unfortunately, the follow-up never happened. Five minutes turned into hours, and hours turned into days, with no call, email, or update from Nick or anyone else at the agency. While I appreciated Nick's courteous manner and found him pleasant to speak with, the lack of follow-through was disappointing. When you're shopping for insurance, responsiveness and reliability are important. Based on my experience, this broker did not deliver on the service that was promised.
