Absolutely awful company to deal with, I feel sorry for anyone who has to suffer through the experience.

The policy was current... Their driver was at fault... My lawyer was getting decent responses from them at first, then out of nowhere they stopped responding to ANY communication from ANYONE. I was told to take my vehicle to any repair shop to get them working on it, being that it was un-driveable, but they wouldnt confirm a rental car for me. Said i had to rent on my own and then they would reimburse me. LIES.... I dropped my car off, and after paying for a week of rental usage, i went to check on my car, and they hadnt started working on it, because ASPENMGA adjuster, Jhonny Galvan literally refused to respond to their calls to get the ok to begin working. This company will RIP you off in a split second... If you have an accident with someone insured by these people, LAWYER UP IMMEDIATELY, and contact the Texas Board of Insurance because this company will absolutely NOT follow professional insurance carrier guidelines. They will DELAY, DENY, AND DEFRAUD YOU. This company should be shut down!

They insisted on the declarations page. Not happening. When I asked why they needed it, they said they didn't know; corporate was insisting. I asked for a contact at "corporate" but unsurprisingly, never got it. A week or 2 later, I got a letter saying they were dropping me for not providing necessary paperwork. I beat them to it, thankfully, and secured a different and less costly policy. In the meantime, when my policy was up for renewal, they actually sent me a bill! Completely absurd, incompetent, disorganized. Two stars for a few people in the office who were nice and put some effort into it. I don't know one man's name, and Bob Seaborough, who I initially contacted, were both helpful. I don't think Bob is there anymore.
