"I already took care of that for you. I figured that is what was needed and it's easier to do it from the agent end." Now that is service!!! I get a call today from one of the managers at Bristol stating that there is no way to give me a check since they already applied the money to the policy for my second car. ( seems like they are trying to force me into a bad policy.) By the way THIS IS THE SAME MANAGER THAT TOLD ME THEY ALREADY MAILED A REFUND CHECK A MONTH BEFORE. I never agreed to them using my money to prepay their terrible insurance services. I was already told that my refund was approved and the check was sent over. the manager at Bristol lied and Brett has done nothing to correct his clients situation. I am still out thousands of dollars and nothing has been resolved by their companies.
