I would give this business zero stars if possible. Jessica has been so unprofessional. Lacks communication quick to take your money, but can't return a phone call or an email. Has filed our taxes late due to her being behind which caused a $1500 IRS fee. Was told she was going to pay this fee and she has been ghosting not only us but the IRS and now we have been sent to collections. I wouldn't trust her to manage monopoly money. read more

I was told one price over the phone and that was not what I was charged at the end of my taxes it was $50 more. I was not impressed.

I came aboard at the wrong time--they did my accounting/bookkeeping for a brief stint from Nov 2015-May 2016. They had just moved offices from Gilbert and I was a part of an influx of clients they were sorely unprepared for. I wouldn't get a response to any emails for weeks even after multiple sends or calls. When I did receive some kind of response, I felt like I was quite the bother. Didn't feel comfortable reaching out to them except for utmost necessary tasks. Details gone over in meetings were forgotten. Going over my files since, there were a few year-end deductions that weren't taken advantage of. It was my first year of business so I didn't know. But I'm not surprised. There wasn't any kind of guidance or communication because they were just trying to get through my files as soon as possible. Hopefully, they have figured things out since then. It could be a much better experience for anyone looking to use them now. Unfortunately, it was an unnecessarily stressful relationship for my business. read more

Cant say enough good things about this place. I saw their A-Frame sign as I drove by for $99 taxes done......after paying 5X that amount the past couple of years, I had to stop. First time in 20 years I have actually gotten a refund back. Personable, and SUPER HELPFUL......they hounded me for receipts and write-offs for my business (I didn't mind). They even schooled me for next year on what to save. Im go glad I stopped in. For years I have DREADED getting my taxes done, because i have always owed......not anymore. Jessica ignored my instruction when I received a new bank account, she filed under my old one, resulting in my refund check being lost in the mail for weeks. This was 2018. Now that we' re in a pandemic, the IRS only has my INCORRECT bank info and address from 2018, and I've had to take several steps to correct her errors, to receive my stimulus check. When I notified Jessica of her errors, she just blamed me and said it was my fault. For an accountant, Jessica has no accountability. Jessica was referred to me by my financial coach when I noticed the other person doing my taxes wasn't doing a good job. I went in and met Jessica and within minutes she found extra money for me. She just does things the right way. I will always have Jessica as a personal CPA but I have her now for my LLC as well. She does a great job on coaching me for the quarterly taxes and what I need or can do differently to help her and myself. I've referred a few people her way and they have nothing but great things to say about her as well. It's tax day so I just thought of writing this review for my accountant and tax person. I am an attorney and personally use Jessica for both my personal and business returns. I also refer her to numerous clients who have been very pleased with her services. She has been especially helpful with clients who are handling final tax returns as personal representative of a probate. What I really appreciate about Jessica and her team is how often they communicate with us throughout the year to make sure we are taking the most advantage of our payroll, quarterly taxes, deductions, etc. If she sees we are doing something wrong in our Quickbooks we are able to quickly adjust without waiting until "tax- time." I went to establishment to get my personal taxes done and I am not sure if they deal more with businesses to complete taxes or what but when I attempted to follow up regarding something I didn't think I was informed of by them during initial session I reached out at least 5 times, maybe more, with emails and calls, I even talked to their staff and I never received a return call back. Sorry but I just got 2 letters from the IRS saying that I owe money and called them to set up a payment and they informed me that I need to have my taxes redone and that I have so many mistakes on my paperwork. Also I have a son that got money that was taxed and they said he's too young to do taxes well according to the IRS he is not too young and you can be 6 months old and file your taxes so I will be going to another CPA to get my taxes redone and pay more money out of my pocket to get them redone. I would not recommend this company to anyone...... Hate to give bad reviews but this one is needed if you understand where I am coming from..... read more
