I purchased a new car and opened an insurance policy with this agency. It took them over a month to…read morecontact me or send me any insurance information. I eventually contacted THEM because I had begun to wonder if I had insurance at ALL. I later moved to an address in a safer, more suburban neighborhood. After calling several times, they finally got back to me. Because of the change of address, they cancelled my multi-car discounts without warning. They also increased my monthly premium by over 100$, using the change of address as an excuse. A representative raised his voice to talk over me multiple times over the phone, and was unable to answer any questions regarding my policy billing statements, stating, "we don't handle that... i can't help you with that... i can't tell you anything about that, etc." I eventually called State Farm directly. They informed me that the agency does in fact handle those operations, and that the agent should be the ones to contact others within the state farm and be my advocate. That was certainly not the case. I have since cancelled my policy with them, and am still struggling with billing- each party stating that it is the other party's responsibility.

While talking with the agent he refuses to let me speak directly with Ron, and when I got angry tells me I can come down and we will settle it in the parking lot! Too funny! In the process of finding a new insurance company, avoid these guys like the plague!

We ended up having to get a lawyer, we had to pay for structural engineer to verify the damage, I provided detail lists of items, as I had only just gotten married a month before. Our representative told us we should go buy a trailer rather than rebuild our house. As far as homeowners insurance go I do not recommend risking your family rebuilding to these people.
