My wife became legally blind in December 2025 and subsequently surrendered her driver's license. Despite providing notice of this life transition and requesting the cancellation of her auto insurance policy, Dave Snow has repeatedly refused to process the cancellation. Continuing to charge premiums for an individual who is legally unable to operate a vehicle is completely unacceptable. We expected standard professional support during a difficult medical transition, but instead have been met with total unhelpfulness and unreasonable resistance. I strongly advise others to look elsewhere for an agency that treats its clients with basic fairness and professional ethics.
