Oh my god! This is how allstate treats their loyal customers. I have been with allstate Insurance for nearly 30 years. Carrying auto insurance on at least 4 vehicles at a time. I've also had homeowners insurance with allstate for the same length of time. Stayed with allstate through two careers, always paying my premiums monthly. Suddenly, allstate decide to make a change where they no longer allow you to pay monthly. When I was notified, I declined. But it's their way, or you'll get a bill three times the amount for coverage. After calling my agent, asking them why? He said, "It must be auto pay, and I needed to pay the three month amount to stay with them." Which totaled almost $2,000. As a loyal client, I reluctantly paid it. Thinking I was covered the same thing happened 3 months later. I was hit with another huge bill totaling almost $2,000, and if I didn't pay it within less than a week, they would drop me. So I switched to AAA, which allows me to pay monthly. Out of spite because I removed 4 of my vehicles from allstate but kept one vehicle on and my home owners Insurance on with allstate, within a week I received another statement saying that I need to pay close to a $1,000 or I'll be dropped. That statement came in the mail the same day they would drop my coverage so if I didn't get the payment to them electronically or open my mail on time I would have been driving my vehicle with no insurance. Where is allstates loyalty to their long-standing customers? Allstate sucks they're expensive, and they don't care about the customers, and YES, i'm canceling my remaining policies with allstate. We have been with this agency since the early 1990's (when it was called Mike Baldwin Insurance and I think Andy was already working there as a teenager!) and have always been happy with the level of service from Mike Baldwin and then from Andy Bricca. While I have worked with other staff members in the past, I have to say that Alejandra's help with a recent comparison and change to our earthquake insurance was above and beyond my expectations. She quickly did a complete comparison of two I was considering and a third that she recommended that turned out to be much better coverage than the ones I had sent to her. It was all done in one day and we now have a good earthquake policy in place. I'd give 10 stars if the rating system would let me! read more

Alejandra and Andy at Fusion Insurance Agency in Livermore, CA have jumped through hoops for us more than once. We have been with that office for 30 years. 3 decades of continued policy satisfaction. Recently this year I sold 2 cars and bought 2 new cars and that went smoothly. Allstate pricing is fair reasonable and auto-payment gives us a sense of policy security. Last year ... OMG ... homeowners policy was on the chopping block because we live in Very High Fire Hazard Severity Zone in Calaveras County. Alejandra and Andy went to work on our behalf to aquire California Fair Plan dwelling fire insurance. It took nearly 6 months to work out details and in the end premium was about $800 annual increase. We heard stories of $5000 increases and more. Fusion Agency realizes the value of loyal customers and will work extra hard to retain commited policyholders. Jumping from insurance to insurance you loose grandfather customer loyalty and pay higher premiums. Stick with Fusion Insurance ... it pays in the long run. read more
