Bryan's follow-up is dishonest. He also contradicted himself several times in his email follow-up: 1) Hayes did not reach out to us when we received a non-renewal. We reached out to them, and they confirmed that they also received a non-renewal. I will say that he did seem empathetic at first. 2) They did in fact say they received two quotes a month before renewal but never sent them to us despite multiple requests to review. They then sent us one quote five days prior to our renewal date saying it was the only one available and demanded 1/2 down when everybody else we talked to offered monthly payment. When we followed up about the second quote that they said they had a month prior, they brushed it aside saying it wasn't worth reviewing because it was more expensive. We never received it.
