i called to add more coverage to my auto police and wasr told to call back because the didn't feel like it. i was then hung up on!! i called back and a different customer service person / licensed insurance agent asked me if i like surveys. i told him no and he sent me directly to a survey!! if i could give zero stars i would. i called the corporate headquarters, customer service number and a person that did not speak. english did not help me at all. they did not ask me my name, did not ask me my policy number. i never told me they were going to do anything about it. all they said was sorry with a broken and muffled connection. worst insuramce company ever!!! read more

Horrible. This place is a scam. You pay an outrageous fee upfront ($200+) for them to sign you up for the most expensive most basic coverage with a completely different company (mine was National General). National General won't help you with anything because you went through Freeway Insurance to obtain it. I was submitting corrected documents to keep my policy in place. I submitted to Freeway Insurance via email 10 days before my policy was going to be canceled for not receiving the documents. They were supposed to submit it to National General. Never did. Now my policy is canceled and the are telling me that National General won't reinstate my policy. So I basically paid this huge fee and majority of my policy to have it all take from me. $500 gone. read more

After months of stress from being behind on my insurance and reg, I got the funds to get a new policy. I had called the 1-800 number for freeway insurance and as nice as the gentleman was he was not nearly as helpful as Yvonne Lopes at the Concord office! Not only did she set me up with the same policy the previous gentleman had, she saved me more $$ and a trip down to the office. After all was said and done I was getting ready to brace the DMV at a late time in the day but found out I didn't have to, she went and charged my card for the suspension fee and lifted the suspended registration flag, therefore I can now pay my reg online!!
