He claims that wishes to discuss these issues, however, the only response from his emails was that "you may call farmers directly and get the info you wish". If this is the type of agent you wish to represent you, have fun. At the end of the day, what is the point of a so called "insurance broker", if their only job is to LIE to you, intentionally misrepresent facts about the policies and do absolutely nothing to help you resolve it?
