He basically advised the company was aware of customer reactions and like everything at The Hartford, Truelane was a work in progress.

I called The Hartford on August 21, 202 I spoke with a representative then, we found out that the last number of my bank account was missing so, I told to use the correct bank account number. However, The Hartford cancel my policy any way. I am requesting a telephone conversation with The Hartford representative to verify that gave her a wrong account number which is imposible.
