If you just walked in there or called them, you would always get the info and help you need. In 2005, my driving record was abysmal, but I still got what I thought was cheap full coverage insurance on my 2000 Ford Focus. After 2012, despite being older with a now clean record, my insurance continued to go up and up for the same car and coverage. In the course of one policy renewal, my insurance went from bimonthly $160 to $210 with no explanation. Aside from the occasional tow, I never once made a claim for an accident or anything else, and my record remained clean. I attempted to drop full coverage, but that would've only saved me around $15 a month. So, $90 a month for minimum insurance on a 13 year old car? I got quoted from another local company for $55 a month, and there I went. Right before I left, they recently instituted an unannounced $25 fee for late payments. Prior, there was no late fee policy, which was kind of nice. My payment was due on a holiday Monday, and I mailed it in on the previous Wednesday. Well, they didn't receive it until the next Tuesday, and they promptly charged me $25 with a cancellation threat already on its way to my mailbox. The charge wasn't removed when I called to complain. Their office was closed on my due date, but they still slapped me with a late fee. Some customer service for an 8-year member.

He made the process completely hassle free, and delivered with a quick sale at a good price. I met with Tom in late summer when I was trying to find a listing agent to sell our house in Estral Beach. This was the first house I listed through a realtor and I had lots of questions. Tom knows his stuff and his answers to my questions were relevant, straightforward, and honest. He came prepared and knowledgeable of the area. He had great ideas for listing the place, including some prep work for me to complete prior to listing, and the listing price he suggested was in line with what I had been planning. We listed it high and dropped the price just a bit a couple of months later to generate more interest. We showed the house about a dozen times before the right buyer came through, and Tom was great about filling me in on the feedback from potential buyers as they came through. Tom was always available, always responding quickly to texts and phone calls. He did a great job qualifying potential buyers to verify that any offer was financially backed and solid. We got an offer, countered, and settled on price over a weekend. I had already moved to Wisconsin, and Tom made the entire closing process quick and hassle free; I didn't even need to come back to Michigan for the closing. He responded quickly and knowledgably to all my questions, working out all the details - I just had to sign a few documents and over-night them back just prior to closing. Tom also wound up being the buyer's agent in our sale, performing the dual role with integrity, candor, and honesty. I couldn't be happier with the entire process and the results. My wife insisted on burying a St Joseph statue in the yard so maybe we had some help from above, but I think it was Tom that made the sale work out so perfect for us.
