As of today, we called back to make sure everything was good, because they once again never called us back. They informed us the rates went up over the weekend and we had to start the entire process over again AND pay the new rate when we agreed to a lower rate days earlier. They never finished the process with our CC and now we face the consequences? Unreal. Shop elsewhere. Anywhere but here.
