I have been talking with Karla over the phone on many occasions throughout the year and she has always taken care of everything. However, last weekend my wife bought a new car and needed insurance right away I called Karla, and she started helping me for a bit, then she stepped out for lunch and apologized for that, a minute later Shey, another agent from the office took over and of course, she went beyond my expectations.
