When I finally received a reply, one of the staff members made a comment along the lines of, "We don't serve the likes of you," and even said they felt "scared" of me. It genuinely felt like they didn't want to serve anyone who wasn't white. I experienced clear discrimination and racism from their staff, which is unacceptable.
