My mother is 66 years old, retired, and lives alone. Then come time to renew the policy, Jennifer King over charged my mother for a policy that she always pays in full. She refused to work with my mom and told her there was nothing she could do. I told my mom to just cancel her policy all together and switch to my plan (with a competitor), it was only adding $100 per policy to my insurance. What a steal right?! Jennifer King straight out lied to my mom saying it was already paid and the policy was active so there was nothing she could do. I called on her behalf and then Jennifer (who was incredibly rude and matter-of-fact with me) LIED TO ME TOO. We have been battling with my mom's financial institution to reverse these charges, and have WRITTEN PROOF that she has cancelled this policy multiple times, but Jennifer just wants the commission and refuses to cancel. Please beware of the crooked dealings of this business. They will take advantage of anyone they can just to make a quick buck. We are seeking litigation for theft and elder abuse for the way JENNIFER KING has treated my mom and taken advantage of the fact that she doesn't understand her rights.

Going to the weekend I let him know and he and his team set me up with a quote, based on my possible options of vehicles that I was considering. He then went a step further and gave me his personal number in the event I decided to make a decision during non business hours. Sure enough, I made a 3.5hour drive to look at a potential vehicle, that was not what I originally told him, on a Sunday. Once I settled on which car I wanted the process started moving quickly. I called Alex and he stepped away from his personal time and helped me with navigating through Progressive's App to show proof of insurance. Then gave me honest advice, even though I might not wanted to hear it, in regards to the purchase of GAP insurance.
