Going to the weekend I let him know and he and his team set me up with a quote, based on my possible options of vehicles that I was considering. He then went a step further and gave me his personal number in the event I decided to make a decision during non business hours. Sure enough, I made a 3.5hour drive to look at a potential vehicle, that was not what I originally told him, on a Sunday. Once I settled on which car I wanted the process started moving quickly. Two things stood out. First, he answers questions -- real ones, in writing. I sent him a long list of detailed coverage questions that most agents would have brushed off with "don't worry, you're covered." Patrick went through them point by point, and when he didn't have an answer he went to his underwriter and came back with one. He also shopped multiple carriers for both property and flood rather than defaulting to one, and gave me a full range of deductible and premium options instead of picking for me. Second, he told me what he couldn't do. On one coverage layer, he was upfront that the only market available to him wouldn't settle claims the way I needed, so he wasn't going to sell it to me. That's an agent saying no instead of offering something that looks fine on paper. I'd rather hear that once than find out at claim time. If you have a rental property and coverage questions that don't have easy answers, Patrick is worth calling.

He greeted us at the door at the appointed time. Manny was very thorough, very understanding of her situation, and was always a gentleman.
