    This is an astonishingly bad company, especially considering its professional look in its…read moreadvertising, signage, etc. I first encountered Wilgus when I was pricing home insurance for a newly constructed Delaware home: the quote given me was so out of bounds (high price, really bad hurricane coverage for coastal residents) that I was truly surprised and wound up buying a much better and cheaper policy at State Farm (of all companies!) But it wasn't until I encountered Wilgus Associates' management services at my new development that I really blew a gasket: this company chronically failed to answer telephone calls, email, and other inquiries, hardly ever followed up with anything, not only performed zero maintenance at the community, but had the audacity to pay itself for services poorly rendered or not at all rendered. I regard this company as criminally negligent, malfeasant, and worse. I don't know what their problem could possibly be, but I suggest strongly that you DO NOT PATRONIZE.

    My husband and I bought a motorcycle in the winter months, went to Ron's office took out a new…read morepolicy paid the premium, however we found out the policy was lost and the motorcycle was never insured. How does this happen? Ron is never around to speak to and the one girl working in the office is no help at all. Rebecca finally got to the bottom of it here the money was sent back to our account, but no notices from Statefarm about coverage. After Rebecca did the research we did receive another bill from Statefarm. Seriously what if we were in an accident or got pulled over? We had no insurance, paid the premiums yet was not told they messed up put the money on our account . No notification from Statefarm? Thankfully I had the paid receipt and a temp insurance card to show I went to the office and took out a policy and paid for it. I no longer have Statefarm insurance and took my business elsewhere, can't take any chances and with what they are charging you would think they would be doing a better job.Note, I had Statefarm insurance 30+ years and never dealt with an office so disorganized.

After I called and asked why this happened, they said it was due to "inflation" and "raising rates for everyone." (None of my friends using the same insurance have had their cost increased)(Ok...). After 2 months of paying the increased insurance, I receive a message about an increase of another $30+ per month. Having agreed to pay $227 for Liability only in August, I now have to pay $338 in January. (And paying $454 for the first month). When I called them, they told me that the increase was related to inflation and this happened to all clients in the state of Delaware. (I called everyone I know - only my payment was increased). I decided to call and ask a second time why this happened - Ron Krajewski answered. He was very rude and spoke to me in a raised voice. He said that everyone was lying to me, and everyone was increasing their insurance. I have never interacted with the rudest person. As a conclusion, I can advise you to avoid him, since he does not care about his clients at all, he is rude in communication when it comes to raising rates out of the blue. (I have never had a single ticket for speeding, etc. And I can prove that no one except me (among my friends) received a price increase.) Rough and sad experience.
