How does this happen? Ron is never around to speak to and the one girl working in the office is no help at all. Rebecca finally got to the bottom of it here the money was sent back to our account, but no notices from Statefarm about coverage. After Rebecca did the research we did receive another bill from Statefarm. Seriously what if we were in an accident or got pulled over? We had no insurance, paid the premiums yet was not told they messed up put the money on our account . No notification from Statefarm? Thankfully I had the paid receipt and a temp insurance card to show I went to the office and took out a policy and paid for it. I no longer have Statefarm insurance and took my business elsewhere, can't take any chances and with what they are charging you would think they would be doing a better job.Note, I had Statefarm insurance 30+ years and never dealt with an office so disorganized.

Beware! Signed up for insurance with Ron Krajewski in…read moreAugust, paid 2x for the first month as a deposit (ok). Starting from the third month, my insurance was raised by $60 per month. After I called and asked why this happened, they said it was due to "inflation" and "raising rates for everyone." (None of my friends using the same insurance have had their cost increased)(Ok...). After 2 months of paying the increased insurance, I receive a message about an increase of another $30+ per month. Having agreed to pay $227 for Liability only in August, I now have to pay $338 in January. (And paying $454 for the first month). When I called them, they told me that the increase was related to inflation and this happened to all clients in the state of Delaware. (I called everyone I know - only my payment was increased). I decided to call and ask a second time why this happened - Ron Krajewski answered. He was very rude and spoke to me in a raised voice. He said that everyone was lying to me, and everyone was increasing their insurance. I have never interacted with the rudest person. As a conclusion, I can advise you to avoid him, since he does not care about his clients at all, he is rude in communication when it comes to raising rates out of the blue. (I have never had a single ticket for speeding, etc. And I can prove that no one except me (among my friends) received a price increase.) Rough and sad experience.

This is a phrase or a sentence that I never could imagine typing...or even thinking, much less feeling. But since moving into the Savannah's Landing community in Ocean View I have encountered such an amazing HOA experience like none ever....in any of the several communities I've lived in before... at twice the price! Our neighborhood is carefully groomed, enjoys pristine open space areas, generously and frequently mulched, enjoys lush plantings, white picket fences (which are being replaced this year), sparkly community pool, refreshed tennis and pickleball courts, and they even arrange to have our delightfully nostalgic antique streetlamps hand cleaned! So, I am guessing it's a fine partnership with amazing HOA leadership team combined with the diligence and professionalism of Wilgus...but truly, truly, admire and appreciate how they have created a delightful community like no other....and kept HOA fees reasonable, too! They completely mishandled our vacation rental and treated us with a level of disrespect I've never encountered from any professional service. Without warning, they sent a contractor to the property to begin major construction--in the area where our infant children were sleeping. We received no advance notice and were expected to accommodate loud, disruptive work during what was supposed to be a peaceful family vacation. When we rightfully refused to allow invasive construction during our stay--especially around our babies--we were met with an appalling response: the brokerage told us the homeowner wanted us out of the house immediately. Their communication was last-minute and chaotic, their management of the situation was unprofessional, and their complete disregard for our family's safety and basic decency was stunning. This company clearly prioritizes the homeowner and their own convenience over guest wellbeing. I would strongly advise anyone considering booking through them to look elsewhere--unless you're comfortable being blindsided, disrespected, and kicked out mid-stay for protecting your children. Absolutely disgraceful.
