Allstate Insurance: Paul Sarnak - Paul Sarnak Agency Owner

    Allstate Insurance: Paul Sarnak

Dear Allstate Customer Relations Team, My name is Marvin Fraser, and I am writing to formally express my profound dissatisfaction with the handling of my insurance claims following the severe winter storm damage sustained by my home in the Delaware/Northeast region of 2025. After twenty years of loyal membership and consistent premium payments, I find it deeply disappointing that Allstate has demonstrated little to no meaningful effort in addressing my claims for roof and screened patio damage -- damage caused by one of the most severe winters this region has experienced in decades. Despite submitting my claim in a timely manner, I continue to find shingles on the ground after every subsequent storm, a clear indication that the matter remains unresolved and that my property remains vulnerable. Given the lack of responsiveness and the absence of adequate support from your organization, I have made the decision to personally finance 100% of the cost to replace my roof and upgrade my screened patio to a glass enclosure -- expenses I reasonably expected my long-standing insurance coverage to address. Furthermore, I wish to formally notify you that, effective June 1st, I have secured both home and auto insurance coverage through another provider USAA, and saved me over $500-- one that I am confident will deliver the level of protection and service my assets deserve. After two decades of membership, this was not a decision I made lightly; it is a direct consequence of the inadequate service I have received. While I do not intend to actively disparage your organization, I will not hesitate to share my honest experience should anyone seek my recommendation regarding Allstate's services. I trust you understand that customer loyalty is earned through consistent, reliable service -- something I regret to say I did not receive. I sincerely hope Allstate takes this feedback seriously and takes meaningful steps to improve how it serves its long-term members. Respectfully, Marvin Fraser Former Allstate Member -- 20 Years

How does this happen? Ron is never around to speak to and the one girl working in the office is no help at all. Rebecca finally got to the bottom of it here the money was sent back to our account, but no notices from Statefarm about coverage. After Rebecca did the research we did receive another bill from Statefarm. Seriously what if we were in an accident or got pulled over? We had no insurance, paid the premiums yet was not told they messed up put the money on our account . No notification from Statefarm? Thankfully I had the paid receipt and a temp insurance card to show I went to the office and took out a policy and paid for it. I no longer have Statefarm insurance and took my business elsewhere, can't take any chances and with what they are charging you would think they would be doing a better job.Note, I had Statefarm insurance 30+ years and never dealt with an office so disorganized.

After I called and asked why this happened, they said it was due to "inflation" and "raising rates for everyone." (None of my friends using the same insurance have had their cost increased)(Ok...). After 2 months of paying the increased insurance, I receive a message about an increase of another $30+ per month. Having agreed to pay $227 for Liability only in August, I now have to pay $338 in January. (And paying $454 for the first month). When I called them, they told me that the increase was related to inflation and this happened to all clients in the state of Delaware. (I called everyone I know - only my payment was increased). I decided to call and ask a second time why this happened - Ron Krajewski answered. He was very rude and spoke to me in a raised voice. He said that everyone was lying to me, and everyone was increasing their insurance. I have never interacted with the rudest person. As a conclusion, I can advise you to avoid him, since he does not care about his clients at all, he is rude in communication when it comes to raising rates out of the blue. (I have never had a single ticket for speeding, etc. And I can prove that no one except me (among my friends) received a price increase.) Rough and sad experience.
