I called mid-morning and Vivian was able to get everything processed in a single day (with my previous agent, adding renters insurance took three days!). In addition, Vivian coordinated getting proof of my renters insurance to my landlord. Then, when my landlord had questions Vivian and Monalisa (another member of Diana's team) handled conversations with him. I was anxious to get a copy of my renters declaration form. Vivian knew this, so she reached out to me over the weekend via text to let me know it was processed. I'm so impressed with the level of customer service she provided. I feel good knowing that if I have an issue with my car or my apartment that I have Diana and her excellent team in my corner.

I signed an EFT authorization, confirmed my payment information, and was told the payment would be processed. At no point was it explained that the payment wouldn't actually be drafted until nearly a month later. Had that been communicated, I would have monitored the transaction and made sure it processed successfully. Instead, I found out after my policy had been cancelled. A simple phone call or text before the cancellation could have prevented this entire situation. Ironically, my concerns were addressed by the agency's Director of Client Experience, yet the focus was on telling me what I should have noticed rather than acknowledging the communication breakdown that led to this misunderstanding. I expected proactive customer service when something as important as my insurance coverage was at risk. Unfortunately, that wasn't my experience, and I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

This goofball sent a 97 dollar balance to collections without even calling me. We're talking over a…read more30-60 day period. I was under the impression that the balance had been paid. Plus was in the middle of a move to another state. I get an email or two about the issue, think it's resolved and then boom--comes after my credit rating of 820+ with this nonsense. It is a rare thing for me to miss a payment on anything but this dude didn't have the courtesy to pick up the phone and tell me. Goes after destroying my credit for absolute nonsense money. Well I paid the "massive" debt immediately yet now I'm getting calls from collection agencies and credit score took a giant dive. 97 dollars. Unreal. Totally regret giving this man my business.
