The agency consistently makes excuses to prevent customers from speaking with supervisors, managers, or Nereyda Perez. I left plenty of phone calls to request a callback when they were unavailable, but whoever picks up the phone, either never relayed the message or the person receiving the message does not care to call back. This is the kind of customer service they are so proud of. If it takes 2 months to apply a discount, can you imagine how much longer it would take them to file a claim?

They gave my insurance company my phone number inaccurately, so I wasn't advised that I needed to make repairs to the home to avoid cancellation, I got a letter in the mail but by then I only had a few days to figure it out. They found me a different insurance company that cost over $1k extra per year. THEN after I waited 2 months for the old insurance company to send me a reimbursement for the prepaid yearly premium, I had to figure out on my own that Admiral had the money all along.
