So, normally I wouldn't write a review on behalf of someone else, but this is just ridiculous…read more My partner's family uses the office of Tammy Lopez - Allstate Insurance for the vehicles. Recently my partner has been shopping for a car and was in need of quotes to ensure his budget. We both spoke with a woman named Dianne. When I spoke to her first during the preliminary stages of car shopping, she asked me not to send her any more than 3 vehicles as I would overload her with work... ok, understandable, as a buyer I should have my options narrowed before I ask about insurance. This is where this office failed. Three days before we actually bought the car, we called this office and told them we had found a car and wanted a quote for insurance. My partner got off at 4pm. As soon as he got home, this was his first priority. He doesn't have the flexibility to call during his work day. The call happened at 4:30 on a Tuesday. Dianne told my partner "Well I don't want to lose everything I have open on my screen right now so I'll try to get to it before we close at 5. If not, I'll get it to you first thing tomorrow morning."... If we were at the dealership, this would not have been ok. This was a total turn off to me just from the pure lack of customer service here. What you are working on in your office is not my problem when I am one of your customers and I need assistance. Needless to say, he called back the next morning during his break at 10:30 am in which the quote still wasn't ready. He finally got the quote nearly 24 hrs later around 3pm the following day. Next. The quote that we got was based off of all the required information. VIN number from the car, all of the options that my partner wanted, everything. My partner agreed to the terms and was told he would get the papers via email. When we got the paperwork, the quote was $120 higher than what my partner was quoted on the phone. When we called about it, Dianne again told us that the first amount was just an estimate. I have NEVER worked with an Insurance company that couldn't give an accurate quote to the dollar amount, so the fact that the premium was $120 higher was quite a shock to us. At this point, we had purchased the vehicle so our options as far as insurance for the immediate time were limited. When we talked to Dianne again about setting up Autopay to get a discount on the premium. We set things up for the 3rd of the month. At this point, we HAD NOT signed the insurance agreement. After debating about the date, we decided that it would make more sense to move the date to help my partner with his expenses with other obligations due around the first of the month. He emailed Dianne to let her know that he wanted to change it. Her email back essentially told us that we were too late for this billing period and that the first payment would be taken out Nov. 3rd. It would take 21 days to reset the auto pay which is understandable. But like I said, my partner hadn't even signed the agreement for the policy. Isn't it borderline illegal to go ahead and process paperwork on a contract that hasn't been signed by your client?? Definitely not good service and in my eyes, unethical. Bottom Line, there are hundreds of insurance agencies out there that do SO MUCH better than the experience we have had with this office. We are currently shopping for insurance and have no intentions of staying with this office after this experience. The fact that this office, or at least this employee, seems more concerned with the fact that she gets out on time is hardly flattering. As someone in sales, I know my supervisor would not be ok with this type of treatment as customer service is truly the differentiator in an otherwise saturated market.

In summer 2019 I purchased a home and totaled my car all in the same month. Jason was INCREDIBLE to work with through the wild couple of months it was dealing with setting up homeowners insurance, getting a payout on my car, and getting coverage on the new car. Jason and I spent hours on the phone going over detailed nuances of homeowners insurance coverage, running VIN numbers on various cars I was looking at, and even helped me find a few cars that I actually went and test drove. After my premium increase following the accident, Cally actually went above and beyond to email me acknowledging my increase and informing me that I can save a few bucks if I enroll in auto-pay. I appreciate her being proactive about saving me money, especially when it's very little effort on my part. Yes, a few interactions with Cally and Jason have involved a pitch for another program or product but I have never felt pressure from them. These discussions always feel like they are in the best interest of me, Cally and Jason letting me know about a potential vulnerable area of coverage for me and informing me of those risks and potential solutions. I have been so pleased with my experience with Cally and Jason and found them to be responsive, helpful, professionals.
