If I could give 0 stars I would. What an absolute joke. I called to get information about a plan I wanted to choose and when I asked if my sons current pediatrician was a provider for the plan I was shopping for, I was told to call my drs office, which I explained to Kriss I had already done and the office said to speak with my insurance and gave me their tax ID, he then proceeded to tell me that my drs office "must not be a real doctors office then". What in the actual f***? I work for a medical practice and we have provider directories. So I would assume an insurance company does? He was flat out rude and demeaning and when I asked if I could speak to his manager he said he was the boss. And then when I asked for his name he told me it was "Rude" and I asked him to reiterate and he said "Rude. you're being rude" and hung up. Not the way you should be treating people Kriss.
