My last 3 fill ups, I've gotten gas 46 cents a gallon cheaper at a Chevron station. For 46 cents a gallon, I have no loyalty to Quiktrip. But their drinks are still cheap!

I always walk in and pay cash because I do not have enough trust in ANY gas pump to use a card. The thing is.... the person attending the counter, whichever person attending the counter...in an EMPTY store...seems to act like I am bothering them when I go in to pay! It has happened multiple times! Multiple employees! I even pulled up, saw the attendant outside the side door smoking a cigarette while watching me pump gas.... I went in to pay, stood there waiting for her to come back in. Finally a guy servicing a machine in the store stuck his head out and told her she had a customer. I guess this is why the store and the parking lot are always empty, and I guess this is why I am giving them no more chances.

The prices for drinks and food are a bit pricey but for truckers this maybe heaven when you've been on the road driving for days. They do have broasted chicken which was a pleasant surprise as most stops have fried food all day long. The gas was reasonably priced. My spouse says for a flying J this is a pretty nice one.
