Service: Only one lady was running the show and she was nice and pretty attentive. The only positive and best thing about it. Ambience: neat little spot. Hole in the wall spots are typically cool and this was no different. Food: ohhh boy. The only edible things we had were the queso and the rice. From our respective dishes. Everything is precooked, canned, or frozen. It was deplorable. When we asked for vegetables, we expected onions, lettuce, cilantro, the usual for a MEXICAN restaurant, was NOT expecting carrots, cauliflower? Wtf? And of course frozen. The Al Pastor tasted rancid, couldn't take more than a bite. The tortilla, cheese, and rice from my chimichanga meal was edible and tasted good. The beans were just sad. Watery, off tasting, sad sorry pre shredded wood chip cheese. I hate to be so negative, but the whole table took 2 bites total and left immediately after. Never coming back. Good thing I don't live nearby.

It took a long time just to get drinks, my tea was never offered a refill, and my mom was brought the completely wrong meal -- she ordered a chicken sandwich and received a hamburger instead. The food itself was honestly pretty disappointing for the cost. Ralph and I both ordered the chicken fried chicken, which was around $27 each, and it came out cold. The green beans were cold too and honestly not good at all. Overall, the food felt very average and definitely not worth the price point. The one highlight was the famous quail poppers -- those were actually really good and probably the best thing we had all night. Sadly, after all four of us talked about it afterward, we agreed the experience was maybe a 3 out of 5 at best, and that's being generous. We really wanted to love it, but it just fell short in both service and food quality.

The adobo chicken which is the darker chicken was that bad at all and the black beans were standard no different either. But here's where the pilot moes and Chillicothe Ohio is still my favorite. The staff attitude and the quality of the food is definitely above. Here they don't even have sliced tomatoes anymore get some tomato de gallo with stuff mixed in. All in all it's just deserves its three stars still I wouldn't make it a point to come here but if I was at the pilot doing some stuff and I was really hungry I would probably eat again.

The chicken tasted like reheated boiled chicken. My son ordered the pizza and it was good so I ended up eating some of his. I debated saying something because I am not normally someone who speaks up. I personally would rather have a customer tell me vs leave a bad review.... As I was paying I told the waitress how much we loved the Alfredo dipping sauce but had a different experience when they served it in the Entree. She tried to tell me that it tastes different on noodles and veggies. It was bland and watery. She was nice but also trying to convince me that I must not understand Alfredo sauce vs Alfredo sauce . I've been eating Alfredo for 40 years and never had such a bad pasta dish. I didn't even mention the chicken after that because I could see it wasn't going to go anywhere. I wasn't looking for a free meal. I just want to see these small businesses survive and they won't if their food sucks and they don't care for feedback ‍. I wouldn't say "don't eat here".
