I could have made the reservation a day + out and people would be parked there. I've seen driver's be told to move, they drive through the parking lot, and then park back in those spots. Or those rude driver's ask the driver's with reserve spots to move. If that doesn't work they physically break into your rig and move your tractor and trailer. Her car used $43 so she went back in for the $17 change to which the cashier said "I can't give you the change in cash (even though she paid cash ) the way it works is the $17 will go back onto your Valero account as a credit for you to use next time". She said OK and drove off... Now fast-forward to today, she's checked her bank account just now and that gas station charged her the $43 that she used because her credit card was on file on the app. So the cashier pocketed her $60 cash and still charged her app/credit card the $43. We have already called the corporate office and filed a claim as we have both receipts showing that she paid $60 cash and was also charged $43 on her Valero account... (proof is there!!!!) we will be emailing the receipt receipts to corporate and they said they will file a claim against the office and hopefully give my mother a gift card for the $60 that was stolen from her at this location! Absolutely do not go here unless you want to be double charged and have your money stolen from you! Thankfully, my mother was smart enough to get receipts for both transactions so we have all of the proof we need to prove that he stole the money from her. What a piece of crap person to steal from an elderly woman! Lucky I don't file a police report against him. Fair warning to everyone else out there do not go here!

Gas went all over the side of my car and the ground - a huge explosion hazard! The whole business is ridiculously run down: 3 out of 4 pumps had the "Valero" sign falling down; 2 out of 3 urinals were out of commission and the third was disgusting; one bathroom stall was taped shut with duct tape; the drink coolers were not working; etc. I can't believe an owner would allow their store to be run this poorly.

She came out telling me that both of the employees were giving her bad looks or "dogging her down" because the door says customers only.
