Wall just about complete with incorporated wrought iron fencing

These guys were amazing from start to finish. I had a large project with installation of over 200' of wall with slump block and decorative metal fence incorporated, walkways with an inground firepit, and several gates including an entrance gate to the property. They built gates to match existing fencing. Once they started they worked every day until the job was completed, even working some saturdays. Communication was excellent as I could not be around during a lot of the work. They texted pictures just about every day showing their progress and always called or texted if there were any questions. Quality of work was excellent and they explained everything that they did and why. Jose and Armando were great to work with.

I tried using one of those online services for a referral and appointment bids. No calls returned. So I called Jose at Pima Fence and Wall, as scheduled he came by to give me an estimate on raising left and right patio wall height for better privacy in my townhome row of attached units. His price was fair, since everything needed to be brought through the house and out the back. He took great care even though the ground floor is tile, by laying down plastic path for the wheelbarrow. His team went right to work and I am more than happy with the end product. Highly recommended. His BBB rating is A+. Thank you, José, Armando and Marcos.

They made an appointment to come out and give an estimate. They did not show up and did not return calls or texts.

This is a local family owned and operated company and my first contact with them was with John. I explained to him that I needed a slope in my backyard to be covered and he recommended that I go with the shotcrete technique. He was very courteous and responsive to all of my question and requirements. I then met with Vince the Estimator and he was able to provide me with a number of options to suit my needs and budget. The day before the work was to start I was introduced to Jimmy and Tony and they took the time to explain the whole process to me and even offered a suggestion that would more beneficial for my. Even though it cost additional money, I could tell that they weren't trying to sell me additional services, but really cared about the service they were providing and this modification would enhance the final product. They showed up the next morning right on time (at 5:30am on a Saturday). Jimmy and his crew were the consummate professionals throughout the project and every time I came out to take photos of the progress anyone I came across would ask if I was satisfied with the service so far. They were mindful of their surroundings and took every precaution to ensure that there would be no mess. Towards the end of the project I was called by John to ensure I was satisfied with the work. When it was time to wrap things up the crew picked up all their equipment and Jimmy gave me information on what to expect and things I could do as the concrete cured. This company and it's team set the standard for quality of work and customer service! If you need any work done Rockridge Construction is the go to company! Don't just take my word for it... they have an A+ rating and are accredited by the Better Business Bureau. I'm actually in the process of having another project about to get started by Rockridge Construction!

The two (2) man crew (Manuel and Raul) made short work of digging post holes that were loaded with rocks, installing and leveling posts, then adding the concrete, to the post holes. Early the next day Manuel and Raul made quick work of installing the metal panels and by midday, Raul was at the door saying "Mr. Vogler the fence job is complete and would you please check the work to see if everything meets your approval", which it did! We would happily recommend the GAMA company for similar projects of this type! Plus we found Manuel and Raul to be Excellent representatives of their company! Terry Vogler

Lots of back and forth about marking the water lines that run under the fence line between the meter and the house. I didn't want the project to start until those lines were marked and Rudy didn't care. Rudy told me installation could begin because he had clearance from the Tucson Water Department. But it turns out that the city only clears the line running to the meter, not the lines from the meter to the house. I found out, after calling 811 (Before You Dig), that the lines to the house are considered private and that I needed to hire a private contractor to locate the lines, which I did. Despite the lines having been marked, the crew broke one the first day on the job. Rudy told me it was an irrigation line (happens all the time according to him). After several unsuccessful attempts to fix the "irrigation line", a plumber was called hours later to fix the broken water line. All in all an extremely unpleasant experience with a happy ending -- a very nice fence.
