I rented a generator for an event in Boynton Beach. When I got it to the event site I realized that…read moreone of the bolts in the A phase lug was sheared off preventing me from being able to use the lug to land the wire. I called Aldrich to ask if they wanted to send someone out to repair it and I was told I could bring it back if I was not happy. I did not have time to do that so I drilled and tapped the remainder of the bolt out so I could use the machine. When I returned it I asked for a credit because I had to repair their equipment in order to use it. The employee behind the counter did not respond. So I asked if that lack of response meant no. He very abruptly said, "no, we will not give you a credit". Even if he would have knocked $5 off it would have been a nice gesture since I spent an hour of my time making the repair. At the end of the day it is nothing to lose sleep over but it will prevent me from renting from them in the future.

Called to request a quote and they…read moreask for a Credit Card form to be signed and before we signed it without even setting any service to be done, their employee showed up without any Work Order to give us his opinion on the equipment which, probably took him about 1/2 hour; they started to send us invoices...... Hard to believe that a company with such a structure would be holding on to take advantage of small points to collect money. Air compressor works charged me and refused to come back to my location to fix the air compressor and refused to ever do business with our company again because we would not except their answer the electricity was still bad.... After agreeing to replace them when they came back out 3 frames were damaged again. After waiting over a week for them when I went to pick them up all that was there was the wood for the frame unassembled. When you pay for prehung doors the expectation is that they will be preying. When asked what they could do about it they said it would take 4 weeks to have them prepared. Since we are in the middle of a build that was not an option and we had to take them unassembled and assemble ourselves. Thru all of this not once were we called to communicate to us what was happening with our order or delivery. We needed to track them down each time. They installed 19 windows in my house. 15 need to be replaced due to a very poor quality and a very…read morebad installation. 1 is leaking. Some are so badly installed the wind or water come true from the sides. My screen from the sliding door is still not installed due to poor installation of the frame. From the 4 "properly" installed windows, 3 are picture window. The last one installed properly, the frame is cracked. It's been 6 month. 84 Lumber came 3 times inspecting the windows. The last time Dalton Dierker the "Boss" of the branch in Riviera Beach came and told us they will fix the situation, but all 84 Lumber is doing right now is blaming the builder. I am living in Arden, in Palm Beach county.
