After various delays I got the bench. Since being shipped to my home I asked for pictures before shipping to ensure accuracy. They shipped the product without joint verification and there was an error. Had to call and arrange to send bench back. Next round received bench again. Another issue with a leg. They tried to convince me there wasn't an error. I provided support for the error and they asked me to send the bench back. Waiting begins again. Finally got the finished bench to meet specs and they did come through to take care of the issues. Customer experience wasn't good and neither was the unnecessary waiting and time taken to speak to them. Good custom product in the end but do wish they would work on the inspection before delivering product. They can also acknowledge issues right away instead of taking customer's time trying to convince customer that the error is how it's supposed to be or instructing customer on how to fix issue. As the customer I was made to feel guilty for wanting a correctly build product. If you are not in the area be insistent on inspection and pictures before they ship you the product!
