Although I feel like my feet were wonderfully pampered, moisturized, and refreshed thanks to the great lotions and paraffin treatment, the overall service fell short. ​Here is why it was a mixed experience: Old Polish: Their polish wall was full of half-empty bottles. I've been warned by manicurists that half-empty bottles often get thinned out with acetone, which makes the polish chip faster. ​Inconsistent Massage: I felt my massage was rushed. My BF started at the same time but my technician was two steps ahead with my service. My "hot" stones were pulled too early and were barely warm. Even though my technician noticed, he used them anyway. Meanwhile, my partner's technician fetched his stones right before the massage, so his were actually hot. ​Abandoned Post-Service: After my toes were painted, my technician told me to wait 10-15 minutes and then vanished. After 15+ minutes I checked my polish to see if it was dry. Seeing the technician who worked on my BF came over to check his polish, applied oil and said to wait. We waited more and finally decided it was time to go. There was no one around to help us out of our chairs or put on our shoes. Surprise Fees: They packed up our disposable tools (pumice, toe dividers) in a baggy. I thought it was a nice gesture, but they caught us off guard by charging us for them at checkout. ​ ​The Verdict: The actual treatments feel great, but the inconsistent service and hidden fees hold it back.
