This guy may be good at what he does but his unprofessionalism and lack of communication warranted this review. Contacted through Yelp to set up consultation/appointment. Service was supposed to be conducted on Saturday, 6/21. He came by my place, not ready to perform service, then claims his other employee didn't come into work and that is why service could not be completed. Then claimed he could do it on Monday or Tuesday and took pictures. Claimed the job would be challenging but that he could do it. Told me that he would contact me that afternoon, Saturday the 21st, and never heard from him. It is Monday, 6/23 and I reached out wondering what the deal was since he communicated that he would reach out and never did. Texts back canceling job and claiming it would be too difficult after coming to see the car in person, taking pictures, and telling me it could be done. Wasted my time and didn't seem to care one bit about doing so. I would advise looking elsewhere for your detailing needs as this business is only concerned about themselves. My car was DISGUSTING! There was crumbs everywhere, food, a meted crayon, sticky crap, it was bad. Mike and his partner were beyond friendly!! They even also offered to help me get stuff out of the car when they first got there. Scheduling was also super easy! They did the most amazing job ever! I don't normally write reviews, but I think this can serve as constructive feedback for Mike to improve his service. Mike was very friendly and communicative, arriving earlier than our appointment. I opted for interior detailing and an exterior wash. My car is clean, but if you are meticulous with your car like I am, you might be somewhat disappointed. The hood still had watermarks, the bumper showed scuff marks from what seemed like improperly wiped polish, and there were multiple residues left on the exterior. The center console and the middle storage compartment weren't cleaned well. These might seem like minor issues, but they're what differentiate an good car wash from just an okay one. read more
