Detailing my car here was a game changer for my family, and I'm forever grateful that such a business exists with earnest, hard working people who seem to really love and care about what they do. I neglected my car for so long, especially after my baby was born. Dog hair, dog stains, etc. It was terrible. Yes, lack of time to take on such a massive cleaning was an issue. But an even bigger issue was that there really was no car detailing company who could really truly get rid of all the dog hair in the carpets/seats. They would charge me hundreds of dollars, just to tell me they did the best they could with their vacuums, and that no vacuum can really get rid of all this dog hair. So I just held the project off. But 2 years later, our family really needed this car, as my son was getting older and needed to go to daycare, both parents had to go back to work, and we couldn't do all of this smoothly with only one working car. We chose Endless Summer because we wanted to support a woman-owned family business. We don't have our own driveway so we brought our cars up to their location in Canoga Park. We really appreciated that they priced our hatchback like a sedan and not an SUV! We also asked for the essential wash ($85) but left it up to them to upgrade to a mini detail or something in between if they felt it was needed since the exteriors of our cars looked pretty dusty. We mostly communicated with Brandon the day of, and we found him to be very friendly and honest! He actually ended up feeling we didn't need to upgrade the essential wash, and he was right--the cars looked amazing already due to the great job he did. Back in August 2021, my dad and I found a low mileage 2007 Honda Civic Hybrid for my sister. Car had great maintenance records from the 2nd owner with the original owner being the 2nd owner's father. The only thing that needed some attention was the paint and Honda paint is kind of known for oxidization or having impurities. I found Endless Summer on Yelp due to their great reviews. I really wanted to give this company great reviews, but it did not perform well, for the amount of money I invested. The finished product was not spectacular. Vehicle was not cleaned throughly. Lack of attention to detail. Update- The owner contacted me stating that I mentioned to him that my truck was not washed in a long time. Fact is, I had washed it at the gas station a few days earlier, to make the job easier for them. Yes, there were some scratches on the vehicle that I asked if they could buff out. They could not buff them out. That's fine. I did not complain. What I did not find pleasing was the lack of attention to detail. Terrific service! I needed an interior clean up ASAP because of a recent mishap in the car and the smell of vomit was overwhelming. I contacted Endless Summer Mobile Detailing hoping that they have an available time for the next day, and luckily they did. It was a pretty chilly that day so I felt pretty bad that they were doing the cleaning in such a cold environment. When they finished with the service, my car looked way better and the smell was pretty much gone.
