So I guess it's luck of the draw which cashier or worker you happen to stumble upon. All times, the cashiers assisted me with what I needed, but overall, they lacked any kind of energy, personality, and almost seemed as if they didn't want to be there, didn't want to help, and that by helping the customer, it was something of a nuisance to them. It didn't turn me off, per se, because they weren't being blatantly nasty or rude. As long as I got my product or refund, with no eye-rolls or catty comments, I'm good to go. And then one time, I got a super helpful young girl who explained everything to me, apologized for the wait, offered some extra samples to make up for the delay. As for wait times, I usually come during the day, as opposed to evenings or weekends, so I never had to wait on a super long line. At most, one or two other people ahead of me. So I would suggest coming here and knowing what you need/want. Or just order online. I usually do and it's so much easier.

Anyway I had an email offer for a free product with purchase and they didn't know anything about it and the funny thing is that it was specifically for a Sephora inside jcp. She did say she gave me some extra samples. Also I couldn't use the ecard I had because they only have the scanner in big stores not the biggest deal it was only $10 but all these things add up to this store being meh. Employees are definitely not the friendliest bunch!

Talking super loud and cursing. No one greeted me, they kind of just stared at me like ugh no not a customer. The store was very dark and it was really hard to look for products. No one asked if I needed help finding anything (which I did need help finding what I was looking for, but I thought that I shouldn't bother the 3 girls since they looked SO busy sitting on the floor doing nothing) I think from now on I'll go to a different beauty supply store and skip Sally Beauty Supply.

She sold me the blue cloud as i believed her and thought maybe my daughter had made a mistake. When i later asked my daughter about the mixup, she corrected me and showed me photos of the pink cloud perfume online. I went back to the store for an exchange or refund and after being asked for the receipt, and then confirming the packaging was in tact, i was told all sales are final. I explained that i was sold the wrong item after i asked for a specific perfume and the response was "sorry, all sales are final". The salesperson tried changing the narrative, telling me i was wrong about how our conversation went when i first purchased the perfume. The fact is, malls are dying. Keeping a legacy store open like Penneys requires a lot of gumption - and a little less inventory to make it work. I usually have great luck shopping their site and having it delivered free to the store for pickup, fwiw. Still, it was The Night Before A Trip and we needed odds and ends and Penneys in-store shopping came through bigly. My mom got a super cute plus size puffer coat - we LOVE when stores carry plus sizes in store. And I got a pair of silver loafers that are show stoppers. $24 versus the $100+ other retailers were charging. And in true anachronistic fashion, my mom also picked up a pair of black tights - plus size at that. Kind of incredible honestly. I'm not mad at it. The employees were super nice, too.

I came to the pharmacy today with my prescription around 3pm. A young lady took it and said it…read morewould be ready by 5pm. When I arrived at 5, another young lady stated she had to check the database to see if they have the medication. It took her several minutes, and she stated they didn't have it at the location. I told her I came to pick up the medication and that the order was already taken by the stuff member who was standing next to her, who stated 2 hours ago they had it. After some interaction between them I was told nothing was done and the order has to be reprocessed. I then asked the person who took my order what she did after she took my prescription. She stated something incomprehensible. All this time the pharmacist was standing next to them and said nothing. I told the stuff that their actions look like both laziness and incompetence and that I would report to incident. The interaction with the pharmacy staff was stressful and disgusting. I will not use this pharmacy again and will make others aware of my experience. In addition, the store looks unpleasant and decaying. Avoid. I will have to wait to get my medication tomorrow at another location. An attempt to leave a review on the Walgreens "contact us" page (https://www.walgreens.com/mktg/contactus/contact-us-landing.jsp?foot=contact_us) is impossible by design. It bounces you back and forth.
