My lash tech was very nice however, she took a few pause breaks in between my session. At the end of my session my lashes didn't come out the way I expected. I didn't complain. Following into the next morning half my lashes shredded off, as if I didn't have my lashes done the day before. I contacted the shop via text to alert that I wanted the remaining lashes removed. I was told that at no charge I can have the lashes replaced and or if I would like to have them removed they would be happy to help. Here we are Labor Day weekend I have no lashes at all! Out of all the years of getting lash extensions I never experienced a disappointment of poor service. Lash extensions last between 3-4 weeks tops, not 5 days!

She actually cares about all of her clients and wants to make sure no damage is ever done. This salon also offers other services such as skincare, makeup, and waxing.
