For an unassuming suburban strip mall salon I was beyond pleased to discover the best massage therapist I've encountered in a long while. His name is David and he provides deep tissue msg in away that truly relieves most every knot and kink. Not cheap - about $90 plus gratuity - but it works, and is better than the chiropractor. For hair we have seen a Maggie a few times on special occasions and no one does an up-do like this lady. No one! Total works of art. If your kid is going to prom or a party, this is who you want and she will not break the bank either. Lovely lady. read more

Irena is the best! She gives a phenomenal facial while making you feel extremely relaxed, calm, and comfortable. And her skills do not end there, she also does eyebrows! I am extremely picky about my eyebrows, and she does an exceptional job with them every time. She takes her time to shape your eyebrows in a way that complements your features best. Rather than rushing and doing a sloppy job, she is patient and extremely attentive to every detail. I highly recommend her to my friends in south Florida as well as those who visit from out of town. Don't go to the older Dominican lady. She is SLOW and careless. She messed up my nails 3 times by brushing against them with her hands or a towel. And then had an attitude when I asked her to fix them! She was looking around a lot and seemed more concerned with the latest gossip. See the Puerto Rican lady instead. My friend said she did a good job and was quick. Way overpriced for the service received. I only did a mani-pedi, so I'm not sure about other services. read more

Came in with a prepaid blow out gift card and provided my name upon arrival to receptionist/manager. She greeted me by name, confirmed appointment and brought me to my stylist. After my blow out I requested change so that I may tip my stylist and shampoo lady. At that point she said I needs to pay and that she was "confused" with what my gift card was. I was in an extreme hurry to prior engagement (hence the blow out apt) so I had no time to sit and wait for her find out what she messed up on. She insisted I pay . So I did. I'll never go back or refer anyone for such a nightmare read more

David is a massage guru. I have been using him for nearly 10 years. I wouldn't trust anyone else for massage.

I just want to say what a wonderful experience I have had at Allure for the past several years. I have my hair cut by Sue, whom I always trust and listen to. I have had keratin treatments and color by Lisa! Lisa has also added pink extentions in my hair for Breast Cancer month. The facials and pedi are wonderful as well. What a fabulous salon. Spur of the moment decision for highlights. Violet did an amazing job! Just what I wanted!! So nice and so good!!! Enjoyed every second. The stylist and the Allure team were so accommodating. While highlights were baking, I indulged in a mani with Millie. So personable and nails look perfect!! Other stylist assistant rinsed my hair with the perfect temperature water, and I felt like in heaven. I was pampered and so glad I indulged in a lil sprucing up!! I've been going to Allure for my hair for over 10 years. Sue is my stylist and I really like her. She does my color, and it's always so natural looking. More recently I've started seeing Irina, one of their aestheticians. I've had a few different facial treatments, including microdermabrasion and collagen masks. My skin feels amazing afterwards. I've had waxing done there, too. I recommend Allure to my friends. I believe their pricing is fair. Not cheap, but not over-priced, either. They have good hours of operation. Some employees work evenings and Sundays. They take Visa and Mastercard, not Amex. You can put tips on your card, but the employees are paid biweekly so cash is appreciated for tips. read more

I have been coming to this salon for a few years now as Michelle has been my stylist since before she joined Allure. She is amazing! Always friendly, remembers my previous visit, has great rapport and most importantly cuts my hair perfectly! My last visit, I brought my ten year old daughter for a wash, cut and blow dry. I assumed that she would qualify for a child's cut but I was quite surprised when her bill was the same as mine; $55!! I asked the young woman at the check out who stared at me blankly before asking if she should ask the stylist(NOT MICHELLE, it was a different woman). Once she returned she stated that even though my daughter was ten, she didn't qualify for the child's cut because she had too much hair; was too thick. Really? Very pricey for a child's cut. Will not have her return for future cuts as the price is ridiculous. read more

Lisa colored my hair a beautiful and natural ombré initially, then flawlessly applied extensions. I never considered extensions an option for me, I thought they would look fake and eventually look gross. I was completely wrong. Lisa made sure they blended perfectly with my current color, I've never received more compliments on my hair in my life than I have since I started visiting her. At the end of the extension application she let me know if I had any questions about them to let her know. Every question, even stupid ones, she answered professionally and really portrayed that she cares about her clients and has passion for what she does. I'm never going to anyone else. read more

I got the BEST gift for my birthday to this place! They are so awesome and friendly. I got a facial, manicure, and pedicure package. Everything was clean from the facial to the nails, which I'm really picky about.. The atmosphere is very nice from check in to check out. I even got to enjoy a glass of wine while getting my pedicure. Martha did my facial and was the BEST I have ever had! Elizabeth did my nails and she is very very good! She was the first person I trusted to perform waxing on such a sensitive area, and so happy she's so gentle. If you've never had a waxing, I recommend her. I was given the Time Away spa package as a gift. Booking my appointment was very easy. When I went I saw Irena for my mani and pedi. She was very flexible since I wanted to change to a gel pedi it was no problem. Both services very clean and relaxing. I was then served a light lunch. Afterward I went on to my massage with Phaedora. It was a good length of time and it wasn't painful like massages can be sometimes. And lastly I saw Martha for my facial. She was easy to talk to and had good knowledge of skincare which is important. The facial was also relaxing. Lastly I requested if someone was available to shampoo my hair since I had lotion in it from the previous services. Sue was kind enough to take the time to wash me and comb me out. The gift card was for a facial and when I arrived I was promptly greeted by Irina and she really made me feel at home!
