When it was time for business to start opening back up slowly, many business were not able to come back and had no choice to shut down permanently. Unfortunately, this happened to the place where my stylists used to work. I have not been to this place before but I felt very comfortable and safe coming in. They have very detailed and strict guidelines to ensure everyone's safety. For example, customers had to call in from their cars upon arrival so they can make sure there's plenty of room for social distancing. We had to use hand santizer sanitizer when we walk through the front door. We all have to wear masks the entire time during the visits. In addition to the safety rules, the place looked very clean and organize. The beauty chairs are positioned so customers will not be breathing to each other because the wall mirrors are placed between each chair. Touchless payment method is used so you can pay directly to your stlist and you dont have to wait and pay at the front desk. This location might be a little out of the way from my house, but I dont mind driving a little further so I can still support local businesses.

Some days the girls are super accommodating and welcoming and some days you call to make an appointment and you feel like you are bothering their day. Personally I feel like customer service should be priority always. The other thing that I feel is a hit or miss at this location is the cleanliness. I came on a Friday at 7pm and there was wax residue all over the floor. When she was starting the service she also apologized because they didn't have any more cotton rounds. So I feel like the standard of service that I am used to receiving at a European wax center wasn't there today. I only come here out of convenience because sometimes you have to do what you have to do.
