I almost made and appointment for here but thank god I came to the reviews for help! Seems like this is a bad location and they are just scamming people out of time and money. 8 dollars per unit should mean 8 dollars per unit and the customer should be allowed to get what they want not what is recommended weather they think so or not! It's the customers money time and after hearing from a few friends and reading many reviews not just here in yelp i recommend yall do your research before you come here! For Botox I DO NOT recommend Allure. I saw a targeted ad on Facebook or Instagram for $8 an into. About 4x a year I have my forehead done with 20 units. The last time was Christmas so yes it's worn off. The blonde PA said she had to do 3 areas at 55 units. She couldn't just do 20 units on my forehead. This is a bogus statement. When I was treated last by a GROSSE POINTE PLASTIC SURGEON we did 20 units to my forehead and I was very happy with the results. This offer is a scam. I had a procedure done that went very bad. I was left with visible lumps under my eyes and a permanent dark circle. I will never go back..

The waiting is a little longer than I would like, but so far I've had good results. Everyone here is very nice.

I went in last June to start HRT therapy. Was told that ins doesn't cover. Paid for the estrogen pellet/progesterone pills. Was told that the progesterone was not covered by ins either. I had issues with irregular bleeding since the first month due to me not taking progesterone which had I known that, I'm sure I would have, but Ok, my bad...started taking the progesterone, still had the same problem. Was told to double/triple up on progesterone. Still not working. Was then told to get an ultrasound on my uterus. Ok, nothing wrong there. So, after almost a year of this, I talked to my Dr. who advised to see an OB...went to the OB, she was able to prescribe me estrogen patches (fully covered by ins) and I switched my RX to Amazon and my ins DOES cover progesterone. $10 for a 30 day supply while I was paying $135 for a 90 day supply from their preferred pharmacy. While I do not think they are purposefully not trying to help, I think the HRT world is not something they should be doing. See an OB first. read more

What a colossal waste of time and gas. I had an appointment today at 12:30. I got there at 12:15 and was almost immediately taken back to the waiting room. Where I waited while my appointment time came and went. 12:45, I peek out to ask how much longer it will be and they say they have two clients ahead of me. That's going to be at least another 15 minutes. And by this point, I am already annoyed so I don't even want these people touching me. So I go to leave. If I wanted my appointment at 1pm, I would have gotten that appointment. When you book online, it looks like there is all this availability so it in not unreasonable to think that your appointment would be on time, or at the most, within 15 minutes. But a whole 30 minutes is just rude. They could have said when I go there that they were running behind, but it appears the staff doesn't have the foresight or courtesy to do that. It's unfortunate because I have had good experiernces here before, but I can't abide such a mismanagement of my time. read more

LOVE THIS PLACE! Moriah did such a thorough, pain-free, comprehensive laser treatment addressing all my concerns and giving my skin the kind of post-laser glow I was hoping for! She is also efficient and extremely gentle, while using all the needed settings for my skin type and my anti-aging aesthetic concerns. She is the best! Also Sarah the PA numbed my entire face with a gentle touch, I hardly felt the needle enter my skin and before I knew it my face was numb making it easy to tolerate the sensation that Fraxel is known for causing. She was honest and gave me realistic expectations and went above and beyond to make sure all of my needs and questions were addressed. Ashley the aesthetician at the front desk was also very helpful scheduling my appointment and making sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed to enjoy my experience. I live in Grosse Pointe, so traveling to Warren is easier than Shelby but I would drive anywhere to get the kind of service and patient care that I experienced at Allure! Also I've had many different lasers but Fraxel is the very best laser, by far, for all around skin resurfacing, hyperpigmentation, fine lines, pore reduction and that overall skin glow I was wanting! I learned the hard way that Allure doesn't really diagnose medical issues. They are all about cosmetics. I came to them for problems with varicose veins in my ankles that were making it hard to walk. They said they could help and started ablation treatments. But didn't touch the veins in my feet, telling me that I'd have to consult a vein specialist... Hold on, you guys aren't vein specialists??? In the end, it turns out that I have veinous reflux, so ablation is completely useless in the first place. Thanks for taking my money and giving me nothing of value in return! read more

I feel this was a blatant bait-and-switch. I signed up for a Botox $8 unit with a free laser peel facial as a Black Friday special. Requirements: Book that day to the salon of your choice - which I did. I arrived and they told me they didn't do laser facials and it wasn't included unless I paid a Holiday price of 3 sessions for $450 - I showed them my receipt and the 'deal' and they consulted and filnally said OK - but it would have to be done elsewhere after my Botox. Then the Botox - I have had Botox for my "11's" several times before - a light 20 units, they refused to give me less than 35-50. Way above my comfort zone. So they couldn't "serve" me. I was very unhappy at the loss of all my time and felt it was complete BS. I left getting neither service I wanted before Christmas. read more

I waited an hour just to be seen. Closing the door and putting me on a room did not help. "You're next." Great. That could be tomorrow at this rate. Dana was awesome but the over scheduling here is absolutely unacceptable. I would not come back to one of those facilities because of that. read more

I was referred here from a friend for the $8 Botox. i spent more than I've ever spent on Botox, they gave me 55 units, which is more than I've ever had, I usually get about 40 units. I said my main focus was forehead lines. they convinced me to do more units around my eyes and in between eyebrows saying it would take away my forehead lines. The girl was nice and seemed to know what she was doing so I told her I trusted her to do what worked best. I waited the 2 weeks for the follow up and went back and told them the only place I saw any difference was in between my eyebrow. I normally have a nice arched eyebrow after Botox and it didnt do that. it actually did the opposite and my eyebrows look less arched than before I came in. My main reason for getting Botox was forehead lines and it didn't help them at all. They said 8 more units ( which they charged me for) would take away my forehead lines. So now I've gotten 63 units and I still don't notice a difference. I'm really disappointed in the amount of money I've spent. For 63 units my face should'nt even move, I've never gotten that much. Its an off brand Botox they use because they don't even take the alle points which is for Botox, I feel like it's diluted because with 63 units i should notice a huge difference. A huge waste of money for me compared to my normal Botox place. I really wanted to like this place because the girl at the front desk and the nurse that did the injections were super nice. read more
