I got flowers from her on Valentine's Day that lasted almost a month! We had an unexpected loss recently and requested a funeral arrangement on short notice with a very unique color palette and Kristi absolutely knocked it out of the park. I contacted,…read moreand spoke to Cathy 3 times to confirm the order (4:30, 5:00, and 5:30pm) and delivery status, each time being assured that it's on it way, it'll be there any moment. Last two times Cathy spoke to the driver to confirm and called me back - again it'll be there any moment. Finally, as we're leaving for our reservation at 6pm it's determined that the driver forgot the order and it'll be another 15 minutes. I cancelled the order. Luckily, my wife was less upset than I was. I assume you need to pay for "timed delivery" if you want good service. Yes, Cathy apologized and offered to redeliver at no cost on Monday but the anniversary was over. Too little to late.

During our call, she sent me pictures of flowers she had in her shop so that I could get a good visual idea of some of the flowers she was recommending. She also told us how much certain flowers cost per bunch which I found very helpful. Additionally, she provided inspiration images of past arrangements she's created. We had a lower flower budget than most at $600 for our wedding, and Tina provided a quote that included most of what we needed in flower arrangements for our wedding day. Tina is kind, professional, and you can tell she loves every aspect of her work. While we accepted a kind offer from my coworker to arrange our wedding flowers, we wanted to highlight Tina's great customer service.
