The website had beautiful photos to choose from and made picking a bouquet simple. The prices were a little hefty and I had to pay a $15 delivery fee. However: I was supporting a local business, the flowers used were seasonal and they delivered so the price justified itself. The bouquet was beautiful and looked just like the picture!!! Very poor delivery and communication. Flowers for our anniversary were not delivered. I contacted, and spoke to Cathy 3 times to confirm the order (4:30, 5:00, and 5:30pm) and delivery status, each time being assured that it's on it way, it'll be there any moment. Last two times Cathy spoke to the driver to confirm and called me back - again it'll be there any moment. Finally, as we're leaving for our reservation at 6pm it's determined that the driver forgot the order and it'll be another 15 minutes. I cancelled the order. Luckily, my wife was less upset than I was. I assume you need to pay for "timed delivery" if you want good service. Yes, Cathy apologized and offered to redeliver at no cost on Monday but the anniversary was over. Too little to late. read more

I'm from out of town and ordered flowers for my daughter who just moved back. Was somewhat disappointed. I ordered spring flowers for $60. I know that's not the most expensive, but it looked like about a $25/30 arrangement. The arrangement was squatty looking and was about1/2 white flowers. I could have gotten 3xs more flowers with more color at Sam's for the same amount of money, and on top of that I paid $20 for delivery. I was given the "gazer" set I think that's the name of it, dont quote me on that. Anyways it was sent to me a late surprise birthday gift on the 17th of April. The lady that dropped them off was so nice. Long story short there were no star gazer lilies just pink ones; (star gazes are my favorite) so my sister in law called them about it. Turned out the glazers they had on hand were still in their blub stage, and we all completely understand that they didnt want to send out a nice arrangement with the star of the show (pun intended) ready for the stage. I was expecting just the star gazers in one of those arrangements wrapped with...paper tissue you stuff gift bags with? I honestly don't know what's used. No they went above and beyond with a simple yet lovely arrangement in a pretty clear vase. One of the flowers just about fully bloomed the rest still bulbs which is what I wanted i want to make that clear. I dont have a green thumb so it's nice to hold on to the flowers a little long and watch them bloom. Thank you guys so much! You have no idea how much this pulled me out of my slump! I wanted to surprise my wife by giving her flowers and I contacted Julian's Flowers. When I talked to "Jay" he asked me what was the occasion. I told him it was no special occasion I just wanted to surprise her. Jay suggested a floral arrangement instead of roses which I have been doing for years. I emailed right after I received my flowers on Valentines Day, and received a reply immediately. There was no hesitation for my request for a full refund and having my flowers and candy picked up. A few days before Mother's Day weekend, I ordered flowers to be delivered to my mom via the Bloom Nation website. When my mom didn't receive the flowers as expected on the Saturday of Mother's Day weekend, I called the the florist shop directly on the afternoon of Mother's Day and they were able to send flowers out right away and my mom received them a few hours later (amazing!). Apparently there was a problem on the Bloom Nation website (not the fault of the florist) where the order did not go through.
