Jasmine is no longer the owner However, my nail tech didn't seem to care what my requests or my needs were. I had to continually remind her to trim my nails short and to have no sharp edges. It seemed to fall on deaf ears. I had to continually point at some issues. It appeared she was too busy setting her timer. The interesting thing was there was not another customer in there the whole time I was there. I finally gave up and let her finish the way "she wanted to". My husband and I tried City Nails two months ago and had a great experience. He had a manicure and pedicure (I'm not sure of the tech's name), but she did a great job. His toenails and fingernails were perfectly even ( he's a nail-biter). He said the leg massage was very relaxing; he especially enjoyed the hot stones they used. I also received the same pedicure service: relaxing, calming, and rejuvenating. You can pick the exfoliating scrub you want, and I chose lavender. The leg massage was amazing, soothing, and breathtaking. I also had a full pearl set with buffing (no clear gel polish). Diane gave me the exact look I was looking for; she shaped and buffed to perfection ( in my opinion). I also requested paraffin wax on my hands; that was life! My hands felt so soft, brighter, and younger. I would recommend this at every visit; it's a must-have! They have several colors to choose from. They offer drinks, like water, Coke, Sprite, Dr. Pepper, and Pepsi, which are nice and cold. The towels smell super fresh, not to mention the establishment is very clean. The prices are priced well!
