One final photo she gave us was actually BLURRY! How can a professional photographer not notice that? As far as the day of shooting, Amanda was on time and said she was very familiar with Niagara Falls for photos, which sounded great because our primary reason for booking the shoot was to do extended family photos with the falls. Unfortunately her favorite area for shooting with the falls in the background was a narrow, sloped sidewalk, so she couldn't even fit my extended family of 10! So we did separate family photos first. The uneven sloped ground also gave us all unnatural heights, so we had to adjust for that ourselves, making my shortest sister stand up top. Then we went to a garden area where she did do photos of all 10 of us but it did not even include the falls. After about 30-35 minutes she just said she was done, but we did reserve a 45 minute shoot. So we had her shoot some more photos of my fiancé and I in a "pre-engagement" fashion in the garden area and then one more spot she finally recommended, which actually was the best spot showing the garden and the falls!! We should've did the family photos there! But by then our time was up... Overall, I think she is still learning the craft. She could have had more ideas of where to do a 10 person Niagara Falls family shoot, along with more direction on how she wants everyone positioned in a shot. We just kind of stood there, so the photos looked very candid and cute, but not professional.

Sam was very proactive and worked with us to schedule around unpredictable fall weather.
