First, he was cursing constantly while working, very inappropriate, especially with my kids in the house. It was really unsettling to have that kind of language in my house and it left me feeling uneasy as my husband wasn't home. To make matters worse, he didn't even tell me he broke the panel he needed to remove to access the plumbing behind the shower. I only found out after the fact when I saw the damage. On top of that, he removed shelving and clothing rods to get to the panel, but didn't bother to put anything back in place. He just left everything scattered on the floor, including my clothes! It was disrespectful and left me with a mess to clean up on top of everything else. I expected a lot more professionalism, especially for the price I paid. It was hard for me or the home warranty company that was also working with him to get ahold of him. Even after paying a service fee he refused to answer calls. He would only text hours later. When he WOULD respond, he was often dismissive and rude. He was also very lax about providing necessary information to move the process forward. He was so non-responsive that the home warranty company eventually had to drop him and chose a different company. The NEW company responded immediately, over the phone, even while in the middle of another job ON THE WEEKEND. They came out the same day. Turns out we'd been waiting on Cody for weeks but when the other maintenance worker arrived he just reconnected a few wires and it worked. What a SHAM.
