Letty was very responsive over email and was able to come quickly to provide an estimate. Their pricing was also competitive (they did suggest a different carpet brand than all the other estimates but I am very happy with this carpet). The install was top notch. I was really impressed with the care that they took not to damage anything in the house as they removed the old carpet and installed new carpet. They didn't scuff any walls, baseboard or railings. (I've never seen such a good job before!) Letty did mention that I chose a soft back carpet and that makes a big difference in reducing any damage. The quality of the install was also great. All of the seams are well blended and don't show. There aren't any defects and it looks great! I ended up going with a plush carpet and 10lb underlay and it was such an upgrade over the carpet that was in the house. (And the previous owner claimed they went with a mid-level carpet.)

After receiving our quote, we were informed that the carpet we had initially picked out, was on back order, so we had to make another choice. Which wasn't a huge deal. They have a nice variety. The day of the installation, the first thing I noticed when I arrived home, was that the installers were in my home without protective face coverings. This was a huge deal to me because my daughter and myself both have high risk health conditions. Protective face coverings are required during this pandemic. I was told they would be worn. This was completely disregarded. Secondly, one of the installers proceeded to go on a rant in our driveway to the other installer about how bad it is to work for this company, insert multiple 'f' bombs. After they tried to reenter my home, without masks, and were asked to leave, I made a call to the office. I spoke with Justin who was polite enough and said he would "have a talk with them". I was also informed that these installers are subcontractors and NOT employees of Tupper Floor Covering! Last, but certainly not least, after all was settled and I decided to inspect the carpet, I found that the carpet that was installed was NOT the color I had chose!! If you need flooring, save yourself the hassle and go somewhere, anywhere else.

Pros: The end product is beautiful! They do a gorgeous job, are extremely flexible with busy working schedules like mine, and the price point is extremely reasonable for the quality of product (I got 5 quotes from all the major places). I also dealt with the owner as all other reviews say you will which is nice. It truly is a small family business. Cons: I don't know if you'd call this a con but is worth mentioning. This is a VERY small company. A family business. I prefer supporting a family business but I also expected a "team" to come lay my plank flooring and only one person came alone and was here until 8pm- almost a 12 hour day! He did a perfect job. The quality is unmatched and I am very pleased. Also, there were a couple instances of running late and we had to call them to check up - it would have been nice if we would have gotten a call instead of us having to reach out. Over all I am extremely pleased with their company and would recommend them to anyone.

Due to construction delays, we put the selection of new flooring on hold. A few weeks later my contactor removed some of the existing LVP floor to do foundation work. When my contractor was then unable to reinstall the floor, we panicked since it was critical for the next stage of our remodel. I immediately reached out to Alexander at Emerald Installation. He was AMAZING! Alexander came over that same afternoon and reinstalled the flooring. It was beautiful, and just in time for the next stage of construction. We don't know what we would have done without his help and expertise. I can't recommend Emerald Installation & Floors enough! They truly save the day for us!!!!!

This isn't a warranty issue, this is an installation issue. Don't use this company as they won't make good on their mistakes. They did offer to provide an estimate to repair the work, however. UMMM.
