I was going to physical therapy, but eventually they told me there wasn't much more they could do for me unless I lost about 65 pounds. That was a tough thing to hear, but it pushed me to take my health seriously. That's when I started working with Coley, and honestly it was one of the best decisions I've ever made for myself. He didn't just throw workouts at me and hope for the best he really listened to what my body was going through and built workouts that helped me get stronger without making my injuries worse. Over time, I hit my goal and lost the 65 pounds I needed to lose. Even more important, my back pain is gone and my quality of life is so much better. Since Kelly returned, rebranded the gym, and put her own vision into the space, the difference has been huge.
