2 years ago now I looked in the mirror and realized I needed to get my ass up and get in the gym. I was referred to Reign by an old coworker and specifically to train with Coach Drew. Drew helped me realize that losing the weight I had put on would no longer be a dream and could be my reality! It's been 2 years now since I have consistently been in the gym and I could not be happier with my results. Since joining Reign I have been able to make many connections and am now training in a women's group with Kiara! I'm in my mid 20's and meeting new girls who also love the gym like me is huge motivation to keep going! It's been 2 weeks and girrrrrrl let me tell you I have already seen a change! Johnny at the front desk is always there to greet you with a smile and ask you how your day is going! Overall my experience with Reign has been amazing and I highly recommend checking it out!

If you were debating on getting a gym membership or even training with one of the trainers, this is your sign to DO IT. I train with Kiara and have been a member here for about six months now, and I can't say enough good things about this place! Kiara is super patient with me and the most supportive/motivational person ever. Love her! I was impressed by the cleanliness and modern equipment. The staff is incredibly friendly and always willing to help out. I had LA fitness before and was hardly ever motivated to go. This gym and Kiara changed that for me! I look forward to my workouts. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch gym experience!

This one is for Esme because she has changed my life for the better. There was no way I would've shown up to the gym without her support & kindness. We began training in august 2021- I was 80lbs & couldn't gain a pound to save my life. I was weak, dizzy & sad all the time. I would take 2 bites off a plate & be full. I didn't even fit into a size 00 jeans. My bones would ache & I had no energy to get out of bed. I was filled with anger, but didn't know why. After meeting with her, she put me on a diet & told me the results will show as long as I'm feeding myself right. After a week of committing to the diet, i noticed a huge change in my attitude. I started eating more because my body was demanding it. Now fast forward to Feb 2022, I've gained 15lbs & ive never felt this healthy in my life- mentally or physically. My appetite is insane now. I've fallen deeply in love with myself during this process. Everyone needs Esme in their life

Dear Reign Training Facility, Do I think anything is going to come out of this? My hope is yes, but upon looking at the reviews on yelp, this may be a sad and empty attempt. Esme Araujo and I made a verbal agreement regarding payment for training sessions. Long story short upon my return from my holiday break I kindly notified her that I would not be able to keep training with her due to personal reasons and that I would love to finish out the four sessions I paid her in advance. My mistake was trusting a verbal agreement would be sufficient. Though I understand she is an independent contractor at Reign, I still feel that management should talk not just with Esme but all the trainers who have failed their clients, because it seems there are a few. Why? I don't remember at all signing a waiver to work out at your facility which If I owned the place, would be a cause for concern as that is a liability. The person I spoke to on the phone said "This happens all the time" "We can't do anything about it" I get why but how is having individuals who lack professionalism going to bring your business success? I would not feel comfortable coming back into this location knowing the person who wronged me was just given a "chat" about this and now I would be watching her do the same to other clients? What would be a proper solution? I would love it if Reign held its independent contractors accountable and if Esme took this opportunity to learn from her mistakes. I would love to talk to her about this but she blocked me. I wasn't disrespectful to her at all. I have been patient and amicable with her. At this point it's not about the money, it's about the principle. To the owner, Brian, people like this are bringing down your vision to reign over the fitness industry. To Esme, I am disappointed in you. I didn't know you long enough but you seemed like a nice person. Be Kind To Yourself! Karma is real my dear! my advice to you - Running away from the problem is never the proper solution. How are you, as a trainer, going to be successful when YOU can't even stay accountable? In the future, if a client is asking you for a reimbursement that you can't/don't (want to) give back the professional thing to say is "Unfortunately, I am unable to provide you a refund but here are my next openings, please let me know if you can make it and please send me any referrals you may have." Because honestly, I have two friends that I was ready to give your info to, I was just waiting for your reply but you blocked me. Then you texted that if I don't use my deposit the month that I gave it to you I lose it? LOL because you never established that plus!!! You acknowledged that I paid for the sessions in advance and upon my return, in January (which you knew!!) we would resume training. Another great idea to avoid mishaps and remain professional, ask your client to sign a contract. This is where I fell short as a client. If you would've offered me that solution I would have gladly taken it but I was met with disappointment. If anyone wants to train with Esme, I suggest that you bring your own contract or find a true professional. I spoke to someone at reign, and I was generously offered a six-month free membership that I will happily take if and when you open a facility in Orange County and if this inquiry doesn't void it.  I don't think just talking to her is going to be enough, maybe provide compliance, liability, and accountability training to these PT's and help set them up for success not just for them but for the business itself. I have sent this message to Reign and I am sharing this on Yelp to let future clients of Esme Aurajo to come prepared. I appreciate your time!

A whole boxing ring including a bunch of bags in the right corner.

The gym has a great aesthetic and everyone is super nice! My problem with it is that there is just too much boxing equipment. I get that it is a great thing to have in the gym, but does it really need to be included in half of the facility? Also, there are so many people that have classes here including children which gets difficult to workout in certain areas considering the amount of room the gym has. One more thing is that majority of the treadmills make such loud noises for no reason and there are areas around the facility that can be touched up in general. I feel like if they bring in better quality equipment that can be utilized for bodybuilding and powerlifting it can be a great gym.

I needed to remove my husband from my account and I was stressed out by this for a few days because I wasn't sure if I could do it in time. I sent an email and I had the decency to understand that business happens. So I called and I left a message and I happen to be in the gym today, so I asked for a manager. Tyler and Armando were extremely helpful. And without fail, Armando took care of my issue without giving me a hard time. As a matter of fact it was fixed soo quickly that I didn't even have time to blink. Tyler was really kind and wanted to make sure I was taken care of so he made sure I was directed to the right manager. I really appreciate it! As a mom with a special needs kiddo, the less stress I need, the better I can be. So I thank this management team for helping me out today

So does everyone else in a 10-mile radius…read more I joined a gym, but somehow ended up participating in a live-action documentary about population density. Every bench is occupied. Every machine has a line. The sauna feels less like recovery and more like a refugee camp for exhausted gym-goers. The parking lot deserves its own reality show. Finding a spot requires the patience of a monk, the vision of an eagle, and the luck of someone who just won a scratcher. The craziest part is the timing. This isn't 5 PM after work. This is 10 PM on Sunday and 11 PM on random weeknights. Apparently everyone in town collectively decided sleep is optional and chest day is eternal. The staff has always been cool, and the facility itself isn't bad. The problem is that approximately 73% of the city's population appears to have the same membership. If EOS ever starts charging admission for spectators, they'll make a fortune because most of us spend half our workout watching other people use the equipment we're waiting for.

This place is quiet, low crowds, friendly front of house staff…read more.. But I was charged a late fee of $40 when I had two cards on file with funds, they said they'd refund and didn't. I canceled my membership online due to this (I only came here for Red Light Therapy). Received the confirmation email 11 days before my next billing (they require 10 days). I received a text message that I was past due seven days after I would have been charged if I didn't cancel. I called immediately, and was told "you cancels one day before your dues".... ‍ A gym membership shouldn't be this much of a headache. Canceling shouldn't be difficult especially after the system confirmed your cancelation. After calling and wanting confirmation that PF won't attempt to charge me again, the manager was agitated that I refused to allow an additional $40 late fee + membership fee, after canceling on time and having proof. I mentioned I'll just have the credit card company take care of the previous late fee that should have been refunded and I just wanted confirmation that PF won't attempt to charge me again... he said he'd "remove the late fee everything was canceled anything else? Okay bye" and hung up on me. I never raised my voice, I never spoke disrespectfully... I made sure to always have two cards on file, the system didn't have a problem with my cards when it added a late fee, so it's not my card that's the problem. Don't take it out on me that the processor didn't work when it should have. The back up card was a credit card with a $30,000 limit, there's no reason my previous payment wouldn't go thru only after a late fee is included. Don't be upset with me when I have the proof, happy to forward, that it was 11 days prior to dues. That's a complaint/concern to forward to billing, not to take it out on a client... The way I was treated was the only reason I canceled. So, while I recommend the amenities and location... Because it's so quiet! I can't recommend Planet Fitness.

I spent 2 yrs working as a personal trainer for 24 Hour Fitness, then after I changed careers (to a…read moresedentary one) I worked out at LA Fitness and LA Boxing as a patron, but when I saw an OTF open up 1 mile from my house in Eastvale, I had to give it a try. Long story short, I'll NEVER go back to working out alone or at any of those run of the mill other gym classes - nothing compares to the workout you get with OTF! Their workouts pack the most full body, well rounded exercises and cardio sessions into a 1 hour block - the kind of stuff that even supersedes what I remember teaching as a personal trainer. This class is perfect in a world where finding time to go to the gym can be scarce as it is! Why not pick the one class that gets you the max burn in one hour, and for a day or two after that (metabolically speaking)?! Logistically, the Corona location has 14 workout stations per section of the gym. 14 Treads, 14 rowers, 14 weight stations, and even a couple of bikes/striders for additional options. There is a 20-25min cardio block, then it rotates to weight floors, and then rowers, or however you want to rotate depending on where you start. When you get there you sign in for whichever part you want to start on and which station number you want to be on. As the class rotates from treads, to rowers, to weight floor, you just STAY ON YOUR STATION #. Half the people complaining on Yelp will be because a coach would have to politely ask them to stick to their assigned station number throughout class and they just didn't like not being able to stand wherever they wanted as they rotated (usually trying to get under a fan!) Friends - it's assigned not just for organizational purposes but to keep your germs to yourself. Also, what sold this place for me, having worked in big corporate gyms before, is the fact that even BEFORE covid, this gym has the coaches handing out Clorox wipes to each member to wipe down their equipment before rotating to the next section block of exercises. As an ex personal trainer who got a temporary skin fungus off unsanitized gym equipment once - I love this and so should you! The coaches demonstrate all the exercises as you go and give alternate options to make it easier or harder on yourself, and you choose what works for you! That's another fun part to all of this, no one is watching each other so much as every one is watching their own heart rate on the monitors to challenge themselves. Scheduling your classes is recommended, and you get up until 8hrs before your scheduled class time to cancel without a $12 fee. People gotta make a paycheck, so it's only fair to the coach and the gym management to charge the fee if you flake. Now if you need to switch a class time for later that same day, just give the desk a call and they can switch it for you no problem, but don't be that person who complains you got charged $12 when you knew every well you weren't gonna make class that day. This only helps to keep you accountable anyway. Also, people want to complain about the fact that they were late to class and got charged/refused admittance - that protects you from injuring yourself jumping into these workouts with cold muscles, and respects the gyms attendance policy. It's all about accountability, so plan accordingly! Now that's just how much I enjoy OTF workouts and their practices. Let me tell you about this particular location. I started off at Eastvale for several years but sadly it did not survive the Covid shut downs. So most of the Eastvale members like me make the drive to Corona now. Why? Not just for the exercise, it's for the staff and the overall positive and jovial vibe of all the members as well! Corona's staff is super friendly, helpful, and passionate for what they do. Now I've been to other locations and they are good too, but at Corona the combo of Corona/Eastvale members make for a very talkative and friendly lobby atmosphere! This is definitely a reflection of the manager Karla who is a very hard worker, and often puts together festive activities for the members to keep up the motivation and positive morale! She hosts events with free samples from fitness vendors, 90 minute specialty workouts, themed dress workout weeks among other things! Check out their Instagram for pics! Never have I seen a gym where the staff and members cheer and clap for each other so enthusiastically and as often as they do in Corona during workouts! Even though we are strangers when we walk in the door and may not know each other's names, it's a positive vibe at this location that is contagious! Come try out a free class and see for yourself :-)
