I strongly advise against purchasing personal training sessions at this location. Even after clearly stopping training, they continued attempting to charge me for sessions I did not agree to. The Fitness Director, Andrew, was not transparent and gave conflicting information. I have written proof showing I requested to stop training, yet charges were still pursued. When I questioned it, I was told the trainer had already been paid for my sessions--but when I spoke directly to the trainer, he denied this. I've trained at other UFC gyms and purchased sessions elsewhere without ever experiencing anything like this. This situation felt misleading and unprofessional. Not sure what's going on, but equipment was falling apart all over the UFC Corona gym today. Treadmills, weight machines, stairclimbers, faucets, and items at main entrance all out of order today. They also got a new hydro massage last month and I've asked to use it 4 times and they say it's out of order still. Definitely disappointed considering I'm paying $100 in monthly dues. Not to mention front desk staff just ignore you when you walk in. read more

Awesome gym been coming here for about 9 months or so and have been super satisfied. Every time I come there's machines available and they have a wide selection on group classes you could take or even get a personal trainer to coach you throughout.....I definitely recommend this gym! read more

The clown here called me today to settle an overpaid registration fee. They took years of my money pre paid in advancea and have no respect for the losses of someone who just lost everything in a natural disaster. If you are thinking about buying the recovery room, DONT !! You will have to chase after gym staff who are unhelpful and have big egos. I'm a regular I have had multiple experiences where I'm waiting at the desk and staff walks passed me to go and socialize as they see I'm waiting for help. From the long time coaches that stand around to the girls at the arm bar , all the employees have the biggest ego. They would rather stand around the come help you for 5 mins. It's like you're inconveniencing them asking them to do what they are paid to do, help guests. The pm staff needs to be humbled if it's to much too ask for them to say "do you need help " then restaffing is definitely needed. These coaches are only cool with the people they put on classes for. If you don't have classes with them they will ignore you when you need help. Pm managers also have huge egos. read more

I knew everyone, loved seeing the same friendly faces, and it's honestly one of the cleanest, most positive gyms around. A month ago, the team discovered the issue--it turned out I had a couple of accounts--and instead of brushing it off like many businesses would, they took it seriously and pushed it all the way to corporate. I didn't even know they were still working on it, but they went above and beyond to make things right. This isn't just a gym. I have been going to these DUT classes for almost a year now...I love taking these classes but what I appreciate more are the coaches...Coach Marquise- always challenges you in a way that the classes don't feel the same, different workouts are always good so you don't hit a plateau. I especially appreciate correcting fom, and thats where you know the difference between a new coach and a veteran coach. Coach Marquise is always helping everyone with form and always challenges you to be better. If this review doesn't move you to get into a DUT class then let it push you to meet with a coach, they are all approachable and super nice. Coach Eric is my favorite and will always be but I haven't been able to take his classes, so check out Coach Marquise! read more

I've had several disappointing experiences at UFC Gym Corona recently. Staff members have been consistently unprofessional--ignoring me at check-in, showing poor attitudes during sessions, and even taking equipment I was using without asking. I've also had trouble finding anyone willing to assist or communicate respectfully. Overall, the environment feels unwelcoming, and it's clear that customer service and staff training need serious improvement. I hope corporate takes these issues seriously and makes changes so members are treated with respect. read more

Two months ago I would have given this gym a 5 star. I very much enjoyed going there. Due to some unfortunate financial circumstances I had to cancel my membership. Got the cancellation confirmation and a month later started getting phone calls regarding my payment not going through for my membership. I thought it funny since I didn't have a membership anymore. I've called the gym and then put on hold, I've emailed the managers, i've emailed ABC fitness who is supposedly partners with them to do something with billing. NO ONE has replied, except for one gentleman who was trying to save my membership at the time. (shout out to Andrew, who seems to be the only one who gives a sh$&.) NOW I'm getting calls from collections! I have a very clear email that states that my membership was canceled and the collection agency will not accept it. They want it from the managers who I can't get a hold of... Who again I've emailed and called multiple times. UNHAPPY TO BE DEALING WITH THIS and it will definitely prevent me from going back to this gym. Hoping maybe this review will get someone to actually call me. read more

Joining UFC has been one of the best decisions I've made for my health and fitness! I joined about 6 years ago when originally I signed up my son for jiu jitsu and boxing classes. I was dropping him off and saw a HIIT class that had started on the turf. It looked like my type of workout, so decided to join. I loved going to the different classes, but then COVID happened, so I decided to cancel my membership. I did some one on one trainings with a coach that was a little out of my way for a while and then decided to just workout at home watching YouTube fitness workouts. Finally last year, I decided to return to UFC because I missed the HIIT classes. The trainers are always friendly and motivating and I love that there's now a recovery corner with great treatments. I sometimes go in there if the trainer sends me to recover from back pain. But you can pay extra to have the recovery corner added to your membership and you can go in there anytime. They have cryotherapy, red light therapy, compression massage chairs, sauna, and spray tan. They also now have a Pelvix chair which helps with your pelvic floor. I also love that they have a smoothie bar inside. They also sell some prep meals and yummy protein donuts from Crumb that are gluten free and keto friendly. They also have a kids club for child care which is great for those that have small kids. I used to take my daughter there when she was smaller. If you're looking for a gym, try UFC. They have a variety of classes and I'm sure you'll find one that you like! read more

The gym is OK. It's kind of dirty but my biggest pet peeve here is the customer service. The employees are not trained correctly to handle customer complaints nor do they care. I just had the receptionist hang up on me while I was trying to explain something to her. I've also sent emails to the general manager and they never respond. read more

I've been a member at UFC Gym for a while, but I recently decided to join another gym, even though it's further from me -- mainly due to the lack of cleanliness and upkeep at UFC. The facility really needs a deep cleaning. There's a noticeable buildup of dust and hair in areas that seem to be continuously overlooked. The women's restroom is decent overall, but they're often out of paper towels, which is frustrating. Throughout the gym, they provide disinfectant wipes, but more often than not, the canisters are empty. Cleanliness is a big part of gym experience and hygiene, and unfortunately, this location has really fallen short in that area. read more

Staff and trainers are great, always greeted upon walking in. The gym itself is super clean. Love that there's a sauna in each locker room.
