Just to put some contacts in this review I have naturally curly hair it is so thick and dense and it requires a lot of patience and time and product when ever you're styling. I've been on our search for my forever hairstylist for a long time. I wanted to find a salon that was convenient easy to get to go to polity and a good price. I've had my fair share of horrible hair salon experiences I've been told everything from I have to charge you more because your hair is so thick and it's impossible for me to do what you want. I've left salons unhappy many of times. Honestly I was extremely nervous to go to the salon I I had confidence in my hairstylist after viewing her previous work but I've been less so unhappy by so many other stylist I wasn't sure of what to expect! The hairstylist I had was named Melanie! She was totally awesome! I've been to or heard curly hair specialist and some of the other top recommended hair stylist in Central PA. But I've never left the salon as happy and confident as I have when I left after Melanie did my hair. She took the time to separate each section of my hair put foils in and paid attention to every detail. She even did a great job with cutting and not taking off too much! I left with perfectly stunning hair and I think I found my forever hairstylist! I would definitely recommend Melanie to anyone who wanted to get their hair done!

Everything was super spotless and they had hand cleaner, thermometer(if needed) and had moved stations so there was plenty of room for social distancing. A little disappointed is an understatement. I neglected 6 red flags. I reached out to the salon with my concern. Although they stated they could get me another consultation with a different stylist, I declined because Becca was already a level 6. I was disappointed that they didn't even offer a reimbursement or even a partial reimbursement. I will not use this salon again and recommend researching all stylists at this location before booking an appointment. Below is the requested hair style, and the results received. At a level 6 stylist, you would believe that Becca would have said she could not achieve the results requested.
